New location, same awesome service…read more We've been using copydotcom for years and they have always been great. Now that they're in a new location, it's good to see that the service is just as good as always Service: They have always been able to handle our variety of print needs and are as accommodating as possible when we have a rush job This time I was picking up some signs but had never printed something like that before. They gave me options and advised me with what they thought was best (all via email - yay no phone calls). They're very knowledgeable and helpful! Cost: The cost seems fair and reasonable to me. There are probably some big brand stores that might be a little cheaper but not enough for me to make the switch Location: The new location feels huge and spacious which is always a plus Personally I don't love their parking lot here but that's just because I'm bad at parking

It worked out great to get my own t-shirts (I used W@lm@rt online) and have Suraiya screen print our club's artwork onto them, because the total price ended up being better than using a different embroidery business (that supplies the t-shirts for you, and drives the price up). I was able to offer t-shirts to our club at $15 each instead of $20 - yay! The quality of the work was excellent, and it was a quick turn-around. Thank you, Embroidery Plus!

In the age of vista print and zazzle, I will always choose Minuteman Press (the Jersey Village location!) for my print needs. I've requested last minute changes, sent multiple emails with tight deadlines (less than 24 hour turnarounds!) and made many calls. Each time, they go the extra mile to make sure our company is satisfied. Anything from large company presentations/banners to our coworker's wedding invitations, this team nailed it! Marisol at the front desk is always very helpful and smiling and Lynia and the rest of the team always have an answer for me. She then agreed to reimburse me if I purchased 2 new hats since they didn'thave any in the store. When I sent her the receipt, she initially refused to reimburse me because the hats were more expensive than what I had initially paid. She ultimately agreed to reimburse me via text, and she also agreed to do the embroidery for free on the new hats; however, when I went in to place the new order, she told me she would not give me my money back for the 2 hats she messed up because it would have to come out of her pocket. Fortunately, our communication was via text msg and when she called security, they sided with me. The lady who does the embroidery is a liar, and I wouldn't recommend anyone to do business with this company.
