Every year before a vacation I go thru a years worth of change I keep. So I separate them and put them in coin wrappers to give to the bank so I can get spending cash for my trip. Found all three items i needed in super quick especially because one store employee was nice enough to tell me where the bins were located as I couldn't find them. I went to the register, quickly paid and left. Out the door in less than 20 minutes. Good store, prefer it to the office max near my house.

This is my local FEDEX shop, and it's handled all my shipping and printing needs. It's unfortunate…read morethat they have been reviewed poorly from previous visits. I've definitely had great experiences every time. From an employee walking me through their color printers after a 8,000 questions, to having someone open the door when bringing a package in. I've also had business cards printed here that I needed pretty quickly and with 1 original that I had, they were able to duplicate it and actually make it look better then the original. So I can honestly say that they've always taken care of all my needs. So much so, I have a UPS shop closer to me, but I prefer driving further in order to deal with the employees and location. The other benefit is that there's a Pinecrest bakery right next to them, so in the mood for some coffee, a pastry, sandwhich, or just a quick bite, you can knock your shipping, printing, labeling all out of the way while also getting something in your stomach.

I then noticed there is someone else at the store but he was working on printing and copying services. They should have a manager or supervisor to make sure things are running smoothly. Thank you to the FedEx woman for being so professional!!! Other than that there are many places to park for this store. It's located in a shopping mall next to Pinecrest bakery. 03/2026 Rating: 5.0…read more That feeling when you realized that your phone is done-zo! I. Nearly. Died. Long storty short, my phone fell and briefly got wet. It was a Sunday afternoon and ts been raining buckets nonstop. Ran to AT&T, the young worker there, zero desire to provide customer service. Informed me that they do not schedule a tech to come to your home or work or in the middle of Walmart to fix your phone anymore. That I now I have to make an appointment and go to an Asurion facility and get it fix there myself and that I will pay an addition fee despite paying monthly for insurance. Ridiculous! Despite telling her that I have insurance, she did not really listen. She should've just advised me to go straigh to Asurion instead of keeping me there, trying to sell me an upgrade. I was ready to call T-mobile. STORE: Inside building is just an empty room with a costumer service counter and a wall of accessories for sale. They do all the repairs in the back. No decor whatsoever, just couple of chairs. The store is clean and they were sweeping the floor and was getting ready to mop near closing time. CUSTOMER SERVICE: In my desperation, I took a chance and drove to this location in the rain with 45 mins till they close. The store looked closed from the outside and I nearly died again. But, as soon as we entered, Joey came out and asked what's wrong and right away he diagnosed that I just need a new screen. He assured me that it would only take about 15 minutes, as long as I have my icloud information. Racking my brain, he returned not even 10 minutes later with my cellphone screen alive, bright and working!!! I was able to enter my icloud info and Joey promised 10 minutes. And he delivered! I am amazed. This has to be pure luck. He saw how stressed out I was and he made it his mission to fix it. I told him my experience at AT&T and asked how if they no longer do house calls and he said that is false. AT&T should have given me that option, something like choose mobile repair or something like that and I would've been able to schedule for someone to come to my work the very next day. Basically he told me that I could've done all of this at home via the website. So now I feel stupid, but really people, just do your job. 5 Stars for Joey's excellent customer service. He listened, he found a solution, he showed empathy and he was efficient. It was a horrible day, but in less than 30 minutes, he managed to save the rest of my Sunday. Thank you!
