This was especially frustrating because I had flown in from out of town specifically for this visit, and my daughter had taken time off work to be there. Given the circumstances, I expected at least a little understanding or flexibility, but there was none. The lack of compassion and unwillingness to accommodate a minor delay made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend reconsidering how situations like this are handled in the future, as it reflects poorly on patient care.
