I was recommended to cornerstone by my in-laws and can't say enough about the staff. My whole family goes there and everyone is professional and thorough. The staff is knowledgeable and is able to answer any questions I may have ( they are just a great group overall). I had to get in last minute recently and they were accommodating to my schedule and were able to get me an appointment right away. Dr. John is always able to answer any questions or concerns and I never feel rushed like I have at previous dental offices. I decided to schedule with this practice as a new patient and had a cleaning performed and a crown. In between the time of the cleaning and the crown I changed jobs and provided the office manager Ashley a copy of my new insurance. The day I needed an emergency crown performed I called the office and spoke with Ashley and she communicated to me that my I was in network and my insurance would pay a portion of my bill and she had me sign a document and accepted 400.00 from my HSA account towards the bill. She called me weeks after the procedure was done and then told me my insurance would not pay any of the rest of the cost. I received a bill in the mail for 1,600.00 in addition to the 400.00 I had already paid. i have never experienced poorer management and the Practice would not be flexible regarding the miscommunication that I experienced. read more

I have been going to Cornerstone now for about a year. I can't say enough good things about Jess and Tiffany. My teeth have suffered due to grinding, thanks to people being generally awful. Jess does a wonderful exam and cleaning and Tiffany makes getting a crown set not so terrible. The front desk is personable and upfront with treatment plan costs. I have never left a review before but feel this is necessary to share...I have gone to Cornerstone Dental several times and never had a problem. My husband went before the holidays and they told him he had 7 cavities!! Plus gum disease, etc etc...He made another appointment to go back to get things taken care of but something didn't feel right to him. He ended up going to another reputable dentist to get a second opinion. I'm so glad he did!! The other dentist confirmed the gum disease but said he had zero cavities. He went over every inch of the X-ray with him. I can't understand why Cornerstone would tell him otherwise. I find this super unethical and dishonest. We will not be going back. read more

From the first time I walked into their office, through the entire initial exam and resultant treatment, I was impressed with the friendly and knowlegeablw staff, as well as Dr. John's demeanor and expertise. Dr Kromhout did a poor job anaesthetising my daughter and she was in pain all night. No-one answered the emergency line. She was afraid to go back. Partners with Silent Nite for a $600 snore guard with connector pieces that break constantly and need replacing. I needed replacement pieces (tiny cheap pieces of plastic) after I moved and before I had found a new dentist but Dr Kromhout refused to help me out by sending me some. read more

All of the staff is so friendly and helpful! Dr. Kromhout is great! He has a nice chairside manner and is thorough with your exam and cleaning. There are not many offices in my experience where the dentist performs your whole cleaning! The office is clean, clean, CLEAN, and all the equipment is up-to-date. There is plenty of parking here, and they even have extended evening hours one night a week for those who need appointments outside of the regular 9-5. BEWARE! What you see is NOT what you get at this office. Beautiful office and excellent hygienists! However, the front desk staff is incredibly rude and dismissive. I spoke with Ashley, regarding a bill I received to clarify charges, as it appeared I was over charged for services rendered? She was ungracious, impolite and offered minimal explanation. They should consider putting someone friendly with a decent personality at the front of the office. Ashley isn't "killin it" with first impressions. After my cleaning, Dr. Kromhout only spent 30 seconds looking over my mouth and maybe 60 seconds attempting to have an awkward conversation. Definitely lacking in bedside manner and attention to detail. He failed to give any follow-up recommendations and relied heavily on the hygienist. Luckily the hygienist was very professional and knowledgeable. I would not recommend Cornerstone Dental to any of my friends or family. They lack thoroughness, professionalism and honesty. I'll be going somewhere else...They didn't seem too concerned about losing my business and did not inquire about my reasons for leaving. read more
