She was unprofessional and inappropriate toward me, making a judgment about my character by calling me 'controlling' despite not knowing me at all. I felt she was projecting her own past experiences onto me, especially after I made a harmless joke about getting married. ​When she called me the following day and asserted that she was 'smart,' I asked her to explain the comment she had made previously, but her response was rude and indignant. In light of this, I hold to the principle of 'doing unto others as you would have them do unto you,' and I will not be returning to this practice due to her treatment of me.

And her staff was very patient and accommodating as I struggled to wrangle a baby and a less-than-cooperative toddler through the office. One staff member even rocked the baby's stroller to calm him for me while I held my toddler for the dentist. To top it off, the bill was not nearly as bad as I'd expected. I highly recommend!

Dr. Schumann attempted to continue working on him despite him not being sedated. I expected the 2nd time to go much smoother considering we paid $250 for sedation. All he gave him was some IV fentanyl (as an ICU nurse I know that one single dose of IV fentanyl in the amount he gave him was not nearly enough, nor would it last long enough to help my husband for his procedure). My husband again woke up during his procedure (or was never properly sedated) and again was telling them to stop because it hurt so bad. My husband states he remembers telling Dr. Schumann it was hurting and Dr. Schumann shoving a needle into his gums. This procedure was again still not able to be finished. We paid $2k+ for an incomplete procedure.

Unfortunately, I'm now changing my review to 1 star due to the lack of communication and poor customer service from the front office. My adult son had an appointment and left without paying his balance. I never received a bill, notice, or any communication regarding the outstanding payment. Later, when my youngest son chipped his tooth, I called to schedule an emergency appointment. The office canceled the appointment without notifying us. We only found out when we arrived and discovered he had been removed from the schedule. After I spoke with the staff, they were able to fit him in and scheduled another appointment. However, my son then had end-of-school testing, so I needed to reschedule. I called back just 10 minutes after making the appointment but was still charged a $50 cancellation fee because the appointment was supposedly canceled less than 45 hours in advance. It's frustrating to be charged a cancellation fee for an appointment that was only scheduled minutes earlier especially after the office had already canceled our original appointment without any notice. Needless to say, that was the final straw. As a result, they lost 6 patients from our family. We have since switched to another amazing dentist in Grove City and have had no issues whatsoever.

Now.. please know! I live downtown Cs! But I thought " why not"!! Best decision ever! I LOVE them! The staff is amazing from the front desk to the hygienist and to Dr. Sarah and I'm sure many others that I haven't come into contact with! Always on time! Here's the thing... I like going to the dentist now! They have made it so easy and takes such good care of me! I couldn't give them a higher recommendation! Teeth are important!
