More importantly, she has made time to meet with me on Saturday mornings, after work hours, and has willingly traveled up to Boston in the middle of the day for a meeting. Katie has been super available for me and so helpful in answering ALL of my questions. I don't have any assets - I rent, don't have a car, no kids, not married - but she still took on my business. Her fees are extremely reasonable, which was my main point of contention for not wanting to hire an adviser. After months of struggling and feeling as poor as ever due to exorbitant student loans, i got in touch with AmeriPrise and initially spoke to Dawn who "handed me off" to Katie. I'm very happy with my four-digit savings balance and look forward to a stable financial future!!

Rosella was just the best "Mortgage Mom" anybody could ask for. She did everything in her power to get us the best first-time program and best rate we could. she made sure to put us on the right track to save so we would have the money we would need for closing. I'm not sure what other reviewers are talking about, but my wife and I had a million questions and every single one was answered in a timely manner with pinpoint accuracy. This is a very important factor as a first time home buyer and Rosella made us feel really comfortable with the entire process. And lets not forget Paul at the front desk. He has to be the nicest guy I have ever met. He made sure that if Rosella was with another client, he would get her our question or concern or message right away and have an answer for us in what seemed to be minutes. If or when we decide to purchase another home, Rosella will be our first call. Thank you for everything..................
