I have had Becky as my agent for the past few years for car and homeowners and umbrella insurance…read more Unprovoked, this past week she reached out because she was doing a review of my insurance policies and noticed that if I switched providers I would save a significant amount of money as my current provider was raising rates upon renewal. Then, with just a couple emails going back-and-forth, I was switched to a new provider and saved a ton of money. This proactive approach and easy process is why I highly recommend this insurance agency.

I asked the agent in this office to update our policy to reflect the deed, and send me the updated policy. A week later she said she's still working on it. One more week later and I leave a voice mail to please contact me about the change. No reply. I called the office, was transferred to voicemail, which is full, so decided to visit but no one is there today (see photos). I called MAPFRE to see if the policy was ever changed. They said it is still in the original name. They said I can change to another MAPFRE agent and continue with the same policy. Will do, service could not possibly be as bad as with this office.

He also provided advice on vehicle registration, and explained patiently differences between insurances from different states. A month ago we moved to Europe and I needed a letter of experience to show insurers here that I have many years of driving experience without accidents. Although I was not his client anymore, Frank contacted previous agents to make sure I had a complete record (not only the last five years) to be able to get the best deal. Frank cares about people, and he will do whatever is in his hand to help you.

We moved out of state and requested cancellation of our policy, providing our vehicle registration cancellation form, but were still charged monthly. After discovering this, we provided all the information Frank requested and were told the backdating process could take several weeks to months. When we simply asked why the process would take so long and requested written confirmation of the cancellation so we could be sure we would not continue being charged, Frank responded with lengthy, defensive messages and told us to "feel free to report him" if we were unhappy. We found the response unnecessarily confrontational and accusatory for what we felt was a straightforward customer service question.
