He was able to offer very competitive refinance rates (and I shopped around quite a bit), he and his team did a fabulous job in completing the application, documentation, working with the title and lender to complete the process quickly and efficiently. His attorney came to my house to do the closing which was extremely convenient for me. I've already recommended Roman to my friend for a new mortgage.

After a terrible experience with Liberty Mutual, it was time for me to locate a new insurance agent…read morefor both my home and auto. A friend recommended Lovely Agency and I stopped one morning with my insurance coverage printouts from Liberty. The people here were, so friendly. The looked up what they would have charged to insure my old vehicle before it was totaled by the other driver. It turns out they would have insured me with better coverage for about $200 less. My brand new car with better coverage cost about $100 more than my 2005 was costing with Liberty Mutual. This is pretty impressive considering I was also supposedly getting a corporate discount through my company on my Liberty plan. My home owners with better coverage came out to about $200 less as well, but they suggested that it be moved when my policy was up for renewal. The agent pro-actively emailed me about a month before and asked for some information she needed to make the switch over for me. She also called to confirm everything was switched over. In addition, I received a hand written thank you card for my business just a few weeks later. This experience is starkly different than the service I received from Liberty Mutual. I needed to call multiple times to get a response to any of my requests. In some case they never returned my calls at all. Lovely Agency is all about service and they have very competitive rates. I can't recommend these folks enough.

My father…read moreis a retired insurance agent, so 4 years ago, I asked if he could help with my policies (home and car) after my previous agency relocated too far away. He found that I was way over insured in some areas (car) and underinsured in others (home, umbrella, etc). Since he was retired and now out of state, he didn't have the ability to handle it all himself. My father recommended Steve Palenscar (a contact he made in the past as an insurance agent) SPECIFICALLY because he knew he would personally work with me to get properly insured, not use a preset default from a computer program. Long story short: Through a discussion over the phone about my finances, assets, family, etc, we were able to personalize my coverage to suit my family personally, and I am now adequately covered in case someone makes a claim against anyone in my immediate family (umbrella policy). I'm not an insurance expert, but I am paying less from my combined policies and am actually better protected. Below is part of my Google review related to customer service received so far. Since change to this agency, I have purchased 3 cars and Steve Palenscar has handled just about all of the painful RMV tasks that I have normally had to deal with. That includes having one of his guys wait in line at the RMV to get my plate for me! The 3rd and most recent vehicle purchase is what prompted me to write this review. I purchased a salvage (aka. totalled) car from an auction in Georgia, and soon learned that getting an out of state salvage car legally registered in MA is quite an ordeal. As always, I have been able to email Steve for help and advice and typically get all my complex questions answered in a day. I was given a simple set of tasks to complete, and he will handle all the rest. I cannot recommend this agency enough.

We had to switch auto and home insurance--and Mario Vargas walked us through the process from start…read moreto finish--professionally, efficiently, patiently, and kindly. Insurance is a foreign language for most consumers, but Mario made it painless and drama-free. We can't thank Mario and his team enough!!! Top notch service with a big heart, "just what the doctor ordered" especially this time of year. We are grateful, especially as were expecting a daunting and painful process. Mario saved the day! It is comforting to note that the whole Vargas & Vargas team is on the customer's side from start to finish--from "Hello, I need assistance with..." to "Could you explain what that means to me?" to "What are the next steps?"--with constant email and phone follow-ups and check-ins. You, as "valued customer" (as most businesses claim) are indeed valued--and never feel abandoned or left behind, or that you're a nuisance if you ask questions or G-d forbid, appear a bit "clueless" with the process. Vargas & Vargas is in full partnership with you so that it really does feel like a "united front." I can't say that of most, if not all companies I've given business to. And I suspect, nor can many of you! So, a good resolution (if you're trying to think of one) is to spare yourself the headache of insurance-searching, and at the minimum, do a thorough chat with Vargas & Vargas! Look no further. Call Mario of Vargas and Vargas--you'll be glad you did! Thank you, Mario! Thank you, Vargas and Vargas! Andy Reyes 5 stars!!! Topnotch!!!!
