Easy in and out. I got my one item that was fully in stock. Atmosphere - Well stocked. Good selection. Plenty of parking. Open 7 days a week from Mondays to Saturday from 8am to 10pm. And on Sundays from 9am to 9pm. Service - Excellent. The one item was on the very, I mean VERY top peg. I asked the employee to borrow his step stool, but then he came and just got it down for me. And he brought a few extra down for future customers. Good thinking. Price - $1.25+; but I only come here for the $1.25 items. Owner Comment - Congrats on your success since 1953 with 15,288+ locations (8000 of which are Dollar Trees). I did not know that Family Dollar "merged" with you in 2021. I see you are starting to create combo Family Dollar and Dollar Tree locations (1200 locations). 1953 Ben Franklin Store. 1970 K&K Toys. 1986 Only $1 Stores. 1989 Dollar Tree. 1995 IPO. 2010 Entered the Canadian Market via acquisition. 2021 Raised prices from $1 to $1.25. 2024 Acquired 99 cent stores; hence this location's transition.

They worked with me and were very adaptable as I changed my mind a couple of times. They arrived right on time and had to hassle with a huge flight of stairs from the street to get it up to the deck where the wedding furniture was. I will say, that the farm tables I rented were pretty scratched up, however, i had table runners that covered a lot of it so it wasn't noticeable once the tables were decorated. One farm table leg fell off after the crew left, and we didn't have the tools to fix it--fortunately we had an extra full-length linen and table that worked in its' place for my guests to sit at instead, and Eventmasters refunded my money for that table rental. My recommendation is to inspect all of the tables and make sure nothing is broken and everything is structurally sound before the crew leaves so you don't have to scramble to make sure you have seating for everyone. Other than that, I was very happy with my choice to rent from Eventmasters--their pricing is very reasonable and their inventory is widely varied for tastes of all kinds. Thank you!

She referred me to someone over the phone and then even followed up by texting me another contact. Because of her kindness and willingness to help, everything worked out! I understand it's a rental company and things get ruined from previous rentals but for a wedding I would've thought that they would've maybe picked out chairs that were not so damaged scratched. Thank God we had covers for the tables, but the chairs were in terrible shape and for a wedding people look at that stuff. I did try to fancy him up with bows that they were still terribly scratched. And then on the pick up there was no notification when they were going to pick them up. They said they told my son-in-law that a time, but he did not remember any of that timing. Other than that it was OK for the drop off. They gave us notification. Just not happy with having to put chairs out that did not look that pretty for a wedding.

We attended a Christmas party this evening at The Virgil, where Roundabout Catering provided the…read morefood and this was an excellent choice! The bar had several options including some specialty drinks not just your basic beer and wine bar. Greg, was also incredible at crafting a mocktail that made me feel included in the revelry. We started with an elaborate appetizer and hors d'oeuvres bar with so many wonderful flavors. I personally loved the basil cheddar, fresh pesto, the cheeses, dates, apricots and the best hummus I think I've ever had. Dinner was buffet style with Little Gem Salad, Orzo Risotto (my favorite), herbed chicken breast in a champagne beurre blanc sauce and Tri-tip with Chimichurri. Desserts were Apple Crisps and Candy Cane Squares. My favorite part was the appetizers but I did try a bit of everything except the salad and grilled vegetables. Both looked great and the husband said the flavors were perfect. The orzo risotto was my absolute favorite. I can't explain how flavorful this was made with cherry tomatoes, pesto (oh, that's why!), parmesan and orange zest. When we have them cater, we are definitely going to have this as a option. My second favorite was the chicken, which was also my husband's favorite. It was so tender and juicy. My husband said it was moist, but alot of people hate that word. It had just the right amount of herbed spices. I may have made tri tip my third just because of my specific diet, but it was also very tasty. You could tell the chimichurri was freshly made. The tri tip was perfectly cooked to a medium and medium rare. That too is tender and juicy. Finally I can't say enough about the candy cane square. I'm usually not a fan of peppermint desserts but I'll make an exception for the oreo crust and peppermint cream cheese fluff. The apple Crisp was made with fresh apples that really let the natural flavor dominate the palette. There wasn't a lot of sugar on the apples, but they were really sweet. The crisp topping was buttery and sugary to sweeten the dessert without sweetening the apples. I found that mixing the two desserts together was actually pretty phenomenal. All in all, I don't think you can go wrong with this caterer. They put a lot of thought into their menus, and it shows.
