The menu we went with: - Cheese & Charcuterie Board (GORGEOUS and full of tasty treats) - Pear & Pomegranate Salad (Chef Amy and Chef Maddie deconstructed the salad for my kiddos. We ALL loved it) - Filet mignon, twice-baked potatoes, and shallot green beans. (Incredible. My husband, a meat lover, declared this the best filet he's ever eaten). Never had I ever thought a dairy-free twice baked potato could taste THAT good. - Individual Chocolate Lava Cakes (need I say more?) It was an incredibly special night.
