They were super helpful with suggestions and my overall vision. Our wedding was at West End Beach at Donner Lake. We rented multiple sized tents to create a horseshoe shape around the pavilion. There were string lights attached from the tents to the pavilion dance floor, as well as string lights inside the tents. It looked so beautiful and we are so happy with the setup! Their crew set up the tables, chairs, dinnerware, heaters, bar, etc. Cole and Milana were so easy to work with and so kind in their responses. I felt like I was talking to a friend and there was no pressure or stressful energy from them. We also had multiple last minute additions, and they accommodated everything without worry. They made our big day so special and we can't thank them enough!! Love Karly and Filip

TLDR: Save yourself the headache!…read more They sent us a price sheet listing a rental restroom at $1,450 in April, and confirmed the price in writing in August. A week after they confirmed prices, when we were ready to book, suddenly that was "the old pricing" and the real price is $2,300 (60% more expensive). They told me in writing that their $1,450 quote "includes the installation fee of $300 and also the delivery and pickup fees plus taxes". Then, literally a few days later when I asked about the 60% markup, they said, "the prices listed in the sheets do not include delivery or pickup". Also, I'm doing all the planning (as the bride) but I was signing all the emails from me and the groom. When they wrote back, all their emails were addressed ONLY to the groom (as a cherry on top, they misspelled his name almost every time). This shows a lack of respect, lack of care, and lack of attention to detail you can look forward to with this vendor.

Eventmasters did a great job with my wedding rentals. I secured a private estate for my wedding in…read moreGlenbrook NV--I only had access to the space 1-day prior and upon seeing it for the first time, I had to figure out the layout while the crew was delivering and setting up. They worked with me and were very adaptable as I changed my mind a couple of times. They arrived right on time and had to hassle with a huge flight of stairs from the street to get it up to the deck where the wedding furniture was. I will say, that the farm tables I rented were pretty scratched up, however, i had table runners that covered a lot of it so it wasn't noticeable once the tables were decorated. One farm table leg fell off after the crew left, and we didn't have the tools to fix it--fortunately we had an extra full-length linen and table that worked in its' place for my guests to sit at instead, and Eventmasters refunded my money for that table rental. My recommendation is to inspect all of the tables and make sure nothing is broken and everything is structurally sound before the crew leaves so you don't have to scramble to make sure you have seating for everyone. Other than that, I was very happy with my choice to rent from Eventmasters--their pricing is very reasonable and their inventory is widely varied for tastes of all kinds. Thank you!

Came to drop off delivery an hour and a half late on wedding day. We all arrived at 9am as they told us they'd be there, they arrived at 10:30 am. 2. About half our tablecloths had holes in them About 25 of the 100 mason jars were so dirty the delivery guy apologized, and then my MIL took them home to wash them. 3. One of our heaters never turned on after they say their checked them all 4. Paid for set-up fees months ago, then they almost left saying they had no delivery fee on paperwork...after being an hour and a half late so we were supposed to set it up... 5. I have called them now twice and emailed them and have gotten no response. Please....if you are having a wedding or any important event...do not rent with them! Terrible, terrible, terrible...so bad even our venue managers said they will never recommend them to their future guests. Bummed to write this post, because we love supporting our local businesses...but if you want reliability, high quality, and no stress on your day...find a different company.

I understand it's a rental company and things get ruined from previous rentals but for a wedding I would've thought that they would've maybe picked out chairs that were not so damaged scratched. Thank God we had covers for the tables, but the chairs were in terrible shape and for a wedding people look at that stuff. I did try to fancy him up with bows that they were still terribly scratched. And then on the pick up there was no notification when they were going to pick them up. They said they told my son-in-law that a time, but he did not remember any of that timing. Other than that it was OK for the drop off. They gave us notification. Just not happy with having to put chairs out that did not look that pretty for a wedding.
