We rented some nice Irish coffee glasses for a hot chocolate and coffee bar for a baby shower and a good number of their wooden chairs. The wooden chairs were a little bit more scuffed & dented and appeared to just need some finish work done to them in the future. But we understand these are rentals. The chair's still folded nicely and were comfortable and worked great! They have a huge variety of items, and although it just takes some scrolling through their website, it is nicely organized. Great communication and follow through from staff.

We started with an elaborate appetizer and hors d'oeuvres bar with so many wonderful flavors. I personally loved the basil cheddar, fresh pesto, the cheeses, dates, apricots and the best hummus I think I've ever had. Dinner was buffet style with Little Gem Salad, Orzo Risotto (my favorite), herbed chicken breast in a champagne beurre blanc sauce and Tri-tip with Chimichurri. Desserts were Apple Crisps and Candy Cane Squares. My favorite part was the appetizers but I did try a bit of everything except the salad and grilled vegetables. Both looked great and the husband said the flavors were perfect. The orzo risotto was my absolute favorite. I can't explain how flavorful this was made with cherry tomatoes, pesto (oh, that's why!), parmesan and orange zest. When we have them cater, we are definitely going to have this as a option. My second favorite was the chicken, which was also my husband's favorite. It was so tender and juicy. My husband said it was moist, but alot of people hate that word. It had just the right amount of herbed spices. I may have made tri tip my third just because of my specific diet, but it was also very tasty. You could tell the chimichurri was freshly made. The tri tip was perfectly cooked to a medium and medium rare. That too is tender and juicy. Finally I can't say enough about the candy cane square. I'm usually not a fan of peppermint desserts but I'll make an exception for the oreo crust and peppermint cream cheese fluff. The apple Crisp was made with fresh apples that really let the natural flavor dominate the palette. There wasn't a lot of sugar on the apples, but they were really sweet. The crisp topping was buttery and sugary to sweeten the dessert without sweetening the apples. I found that mixing the two desserts together was actually pretty phenomenal. All in all, I don't think you can go wrong with this caterer. They put a lot of thought into their menus, and it shows.

**BEWARE LOCAL CONSUMERS**Nightmare on elm st( in this instance Victorian St )…read more it all started when extremely close family friends came up to town from Vegas to visit. We wanted the children to play together, socialize, and mingle have a great time as people should try to do in times like these. I entered Ahmed edtbalistment to rent a water bounce house which seemed like no big deal right? a hot summer day 5 children ready to play and burn off some energy and escape reality for a little while. This world right now is pretty depressing to say the least. We decided to rent a water jumper for the kids to enjoy as we got to talking Ahmed ( owner of this racket ) proceeds to tell me he rents boats and jet skiis all the time and if we were interested ( once again he tells me that he rents them every other day basically) , so I decided to go back to the wife and speak to her about adding this jet ski to top off a nice lake trip on Saturday with our friends long story short we decided to rent it from Ahmed along with the jumper $400 cash in and $500 on my cc for deposit. 35mins in at the lake the jet ski smokes and starts losing power so I immediately report it to him via phone call he tell us to give it gas mess with the throttle check the oil all the things that any normal person knows when dealing with anything with a motor which we inspected and check everything and it still continues to cut off and lose power then proceeds to die until it completely stops might I add again iam keepthing Ahmed up to date thorughtout this process. we get back to his business around 630pm explaining the situation and he immediately make us feel like it was us I explained that it seemed like the battery was no good or dead due to how it died ( minor brain storming and how I've had vehicles battery go out like that ) so he plugs in a battery pack charger thing he had in his car and the thing immediately sparked on and he goes hmm the battery was dead and read funny on meter. which we all knew the battery either died or was bad so he said he already had it rented the next day and will see what the other customer says(yeah right) I explained everything again how it ran for 30 mins and I felt he didnt deliver on his product and I would hope he would understand as we've spent quite a few bucks and hope he would try and make something right. he stated he was going to wait to see what the person the next day had to say ( basically forget his current customer) which still gave me false hope that he was going to try and make it right. Here is the fun part Sunday at 11am he calls to tell us he isn't comfortable bringing the water bounce house and BAILED on the 5 children on a hot Reno summer day and had no sympathy what so ever for anything super SCUM BAG letting kids down during a horrible life experience that they are going thru today. He also blamed us for the jet ski not working (he literally charged the battery rented it the next day and said they had no issues) didnt offer us anything back on that and more important ditched the water jumper after that was already paid for him to bring it. I wouldn't give this guy any of our hard working money please be aware and think twice everyone.
