Let me start by saying that it was some of the best I've had in a long long time. It was set up outside under a large canopy tent. Beautiful weather that day. You trade your ticket for a plate. Started with a roll and butter, coleslaw, potato salad out of this world, baked beans yummm, smoked thighs and legs and turkey breast. 2 kinds of sauces, regular and hot. I did overload my plate a bit, but it all looked so so delicious. 1st the sides were spot on. All of them. 2nd the meat was smoked too perfection. I smoke allot so I'm partial to a certain type and this was it. The chicken was so tender that it just fell off the bone with a great smoke flavor. Also had tubs and ice chests full of water bottles!! I ate everything on my plate. It was that good. Really hoping they do this again next year as we enjoyed the invite and made a new purchase too.
