I would highly recommend Chef Cindy McTammany to cook for your next occasion. She was very responsive to my initial request about cooking for a party of 30. After talking to me about some specifics we were looking for she came up with the outstanding menu below. She was very conscious about the food selection that we talked about and kept me in the loop if things had to change. Cindy showed up on time, ready to cook, was very personable with everyone she talked to and had no issues dancing around a 2-year-old that was cruising around the party. She did so well that she had to hand out business cards to a bunch of our friends so they could get in touch with her for future events. I had Chef Cindy cook for a group of 9 people for my wife's 50th birthday. The meal was fantastic! We are so glad to have chosen Chef Cindy McTammany to cater our wedding reception in the beautiful mountains in Truckee, CA. The food was amazing -- I could have made a meal out of the coconut shrimp appetizers! The salads and main course meals were beautifully displayed on the plates, her team was so courteous as they served us, and they cleaned up the kitchen to perfection. Cindy was easy to work with - willing to prepare our dream meal. Half of the group wanted the tuna, while the other half wanted the mouth watering filet mignons. Cindy catered my husband's Birthday Barbecue Party at our home in Incline Village last week. It was a FABULOUS party in every way. Cindy prepared mouth-watering appetizers and a scrumptious dinner. Her strawberry shortcake was adored by all. Her staff of three were absolutely wonderful: Courteous, attractive and respectful to each guest. The barbecued filet mignons were cooked according to everyone's request (all 20 guests)! Not only was everything delicious, but each dish was beautifully and artistically presented. My kitchen was immaculate when they left. All of my dishes were cleaned and put away, and the staff arranged the rental items in an orderly manner for a quick and easy pick up the next morning.
