A hit for each kid was guaranteed, as was a one base advance. And no outs. It was fun watching all those future hall of famers run around chasing balls or the bases. A large number of family members were in attendance, and a fun time was had by all. Lampe Park itself is strategically hidden from the US 395 main drag and can be accessed by turning at Sharkey's (then looping around St. Gall Church) or turning at Walgreens. A huge skateboard park is located across the street. Parking is limited, although we didn't have any problem with that during our visit. Lampe park is a large 32-acres and with impressive ball fields that we experiences up close yesterday. In addition, facilities include: a group pavillion, a soccer/multi-use field, tennis/pickle ball courts, handball and volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, picnic tables, BBQs, and of course a play structure. I found it to be a very roomy, well-kept, and welcoming park.

Although we only hired her for day-of coordination, she started working with us six months out, and her input throughout the process was invaluable. One of the standout qualities that sets her apart is her ability to easily handle last-minute changes. After consulting with our photographer about the sunset over the mountains four days before the wedding, we decided to extend the cocktail hour by 20 minutes so our guests could enjoy the beautiful view. Hannah seamlessly coordinated this adjustment with all of our vendors, ensuring everyone knew the new timeline. On the wedding day, she worked closely with our photographer, DJ, and the venue to ensure everything went according to plan. I didn't have to answer a single question about logistics on the day. I was informed that I would only be reimbursed 20% of a $1675 deposit! I was in shock! I then contacted the company again, and the owner, Ken A., made a decision to give me a full refund. How amazing is that!! I 100% support our local business in the Reno area, and if the venue hasn't been changed I would have loved to have them DJ the wedding. Extremely disappointed in how they operate their school catering to South Coral Elementary. The…read morefood gets smaller and smaller but the price is higher. Our daughter is small and doesn't eat a lot, but even she complains the food is way too small of a portion. They expect kindergartners and first graders to be solely responsible for getting the lunch without any assistance if they forget they're receiving hot lunch that day. We've been told it's our kids responsibility for ensuring they have their own utensils. Each meal is now $7-$8, a plastic fork and spoon is too much to add? For the price, they do not even provide a substantially nutritious meal, sometimes chicken nuggets probably bought from Costco or Sams. They have a monopoly on this in Reno, and there are no other options when your child wants to be able to eat a hot lunch instead of cold options everyday. Our daughter's school doesn't like it when you drop off hot lunch for your child as it disrupts their teaching sessions to pick up the meal. We are at Poi Boy's mercy when it comes to buying a hot lunch. You guys can do better for the children.

Paid for set-up fees months ago, then they almost left saying they had no delivery fee on paperwork...after being an hour and a half late so we were supposed to set it up... 5. I have called them now twice and emailed them and have gotten no response. Please....if you are having a wedding or any important event...do not rent with them! Terrible, terrible, terrible...so bad even our venue managers said they will never recommend them to their future guests. Bummed to write this post, because we love supporting our local businesses...but if you want reliability, high quality, and no stress on your day...find a different company.
