Although we did not always agree with all of her suggestions (she's sort of a "throw it at the wall and see what sticks" kind of person), she was always extremely receptive to our input and never gave us any pushback if we decided to take another route. She also had us fill out a questionnaire to get a sense of our style, get to know us and get an idea of what we envision for our dream wedding. After reviewing everything we gave her, she created a design board with everthing we had talked about. I loved how we got to go thourgh and point out what we liked and what we didn't like. My family and I were just recently at the 4th of July celebration in Bridgeport, California, camping and taking in the family celebration.Bounzity was running a little bounce section for the kids, with no signs telling people how much they charged to use their droopy bounce houses for a short time. I stood in line with my two kids (9 and 11) and overheard the folks in front of me ask and then pay $20 for one kid. I had $38 cash on me. I told the kids that we would ask if that would work. We got to the front of the line and I immediately asked l if that would be ok as that was all the cash I had. The person I asked turned to a lady and asked her and she, in a very rude and condescending tone, told me that no, the price was the price and if I couldn't pay I could leave. Wow. There's your family oriented company. Greedy and rude. There were many families there that day, with multiple kids, who could not afford the exorbitant fees charged by these people who couldn't even keep their 4 shabby bounce houses inflated on a consistent basis. Horrible excuse for a family-oriented local business. Stay far, far away from these money-grubbing, rude people and support more ethical business practices.
