They did so well. Its a great community vibe. I didnt feel ashamed and would very much recommend it to anyone. Its fun and fashionable. One young lady wore a cute outfit. She has done this before. Parking is in the street. Its not hard to find a spot, but give yourself some time to get around. It does get pretty hot inside so bring water. Lots of moving around. I got the pleasure of attending the grand opening of this beautiful pole dancing fitness studio. It's located in downtown Reno. We got to see the instructor perform and show off their skills with a great DJ. They were offering some great deals on their classes including BOGO rates. It was such a Party in there. I can't wait to attend a class here. It looks so much fun. It's downtown so there is only street parking available.

I chose to take a class with Ana and I left feeling confused, time wasted, and learned absolutely nothing. It wasn't a fun class more like a fitness class with a couple of moves I wouldn't start beginners at. They need to put on the website to bring your own pole grip because when I asked they said I didn't need to bring anything other than a water bottle that they would provide everything else. Even the music was horrible. Anyways when I get there and ask about grip they point me to this shelf with nothing organized and just a bunch of tester free grip bottles that were basically bone dry. When I climbed she told me I did it completely wrong she even chuckled. Very much felt like a mean girl who grew up because she was only nice and truly helping those who had been coming to this class frequently and you could tell. The way she climbs isn't the same as how I do and that should be perfectly fine. When she explained things it really didn't make any sense and I just left extremely disappointed. This was a few months ago and I do not plan on returning.

I've been taking adult Aerial Silks classes at Studio E for about half a year now. As a…read more30-something-year-old lady with the fitness level of a pedestrian, I was initially hesitant about the classes. But the instructors are supportive and taught me how to modify the moves, so I could still train on the silks even if I wasn't strong or flexible yet. They also provided suggestions on what I can do at home to help improve my flexibility and strength. The classes are usually small, the vibe is friendly (not competitive), and even though my progression was slow, I never felt like I was being judged by the instructors or my classmates. Aerial silks is intimidating and frustrating to learn, but I think Studio E does a great job of making it more fun and less stressful. I also like that they offer classes several times a week with varying rates, so its flexible enough for my schedule and budget. I recommend checking out the Aerial Silks classes here!

This studio has been a great experience for my daughter and she has always loved it here. They have a really well-rounded schedule of classes. Joan & Dino are equal parts loving with their dance kids and no-nonsense/if you want it you work hard. The moms always work together to carpool, fundraise and make sure we help everyone we can with costumes, etc. It's a little family and all the qwerks & perks that come with it.
