She has brought a mindfulness element to my training that is absent from traditional programs. In the Air with Mere is a unique and surprising blend of fitness elements, combining weight lifting with meditation, and acrobatics with art. Unlike most boiler-plate fitness approaches which are exclusively focused on the physical, Mere's program includes yin yoga, outdoor mindfulness, and meditation hikes. I hadn't realized how the stress of weightlifting can sometimes produce a counterintuitive effect: only calm and present mind can navigate a journey as intense as a fitness transformation. Stress hormones like cortisol hinder fat loss, and finding a program like Meredith's Fit is the perfect antidote. I love her approach to progress: utilizing measurements, photos, mood, energy, and gym performance as key metrics instead of scale weight. With her help, I've been able to recompose my body (gain muscle and lose fat simultaneously), which is the holy grail of fitness. However, if I had been a slave to the scale, it would have appeared no progress was being made. She takes a systematic, research-based, and customized approach to nutrition that is macro-based and never leaves me hungry. Her holistic and comprehensive approach has truly transformed both my body and mind - cannot recommend her enough!

I am a 36 years old male and I was coached by Meredith for a year. 5 years prior I had several…read morehealth issues involving digestion, myofascial shoulder pain, and a spinal injury. After working through most of these issues in physical therapy I was ready to start building back towards my true self again. I wanted to return to hiking, biking, and playing golf regularly. Mere created a plan for me incorporating my physical therapy routines along with with muscle building exercises for at home and in the gym. Her gentle approach allowed me to learn proper alignment before moving on to heavier weights. Within a short time I was stronger than ever and back to playing all my favorite sports.
