She said I would have to use the $50 deposit on another camp. There was no option for kids my age to attend. I said I have 2 kids that could take lessons with her in the future, potentially making her hundreds of more dollars in tuition. She wouldn't help me one bit. Therefore she took $50 dollars of mine (for a camp my kid won't be at). And she's missing out on multiple future customers. All because she is unwilling to make the right decision. Bad business practices. Not very bright business owner in my opinion. Also not transparent on who exactly will be "teaching" the camp. Was under the impression it was her. But in a text she told me it's a different person. Make sure you know who will be with your children.
