We were provided a sheet of paper signed by the manager/owner Jennifer stating we would be able to pick up our refund check on 8/9/24. Went to pick up said check on 8/9/24 at approximately 6pm. To our surprise the check was not there and the front desk admin was rude, flustered, and not capable of reaching Jennifer nor able to provide any concrete direction outside of "oh well it's not here, I can't reach Jennifer she works weekends at home so try to email her." I immediately emailed Jennifer as we drove home and did not receive a response to date. The front desk admin also informed us that Jennifer would be in on Monday at 9am. I attempted to call this morning at 10 am and the facility isn't open and no one answered the phone ( I am not surprised). I understand now why they are hiring- I even asked the front desk admin what they were looking for to hire she responded people to work! Um, where is the oh are you interested or know someone?!
