Instead of handling the matter calmly and respectfully, Pat chose to escalate the situation by cursing at us in front of that member. The person waiting wasn't upset or complaining, yet Pat took it upon himself to belittle and curse us out, which was both unnecessary and unprofessional. Frustration is one thing, but there is a right way to handle situations. His behavior was completely unacceptable and does not reflect the values or mission that DAV is supposed to uphold. -Sandy

I have a lot of family members in the military and thought it would be interesting to visit. We entered walk around until we were greeted by a member of the crew. Unfortunately don't remember his name but he did give us a tour and he was super knowledgeable and went into depth with everything! He even let us try on some of the stuff and hold certain items, which was such a cool hands on experience. Hands down one of the best and most interesting tours I've ever been on. I highly recommend. I've listed some photos, can't put all the photos I took unfortunately but go visit to take a look yourself!!
