Ok. I'm not sure whats wrong but why is this restaurant empty on a Friday night?? If you come here you'll know this plaza is notorious for it's inability to find parking. But anyways, I love this place. Honestly want to gatekeep it but also don't want it to go out of business because I just love the location of good XLB near me. Their XLB is delicious as well as their black pepper beef cubes. So tender. Well made, no broken XLB skins. Plenty of juice inside. Also love the scallion pancakes, scallop fried rice, and rice cakes. This place is amazing! The dessert xlbs are meh though, not much flavor tbh. But solid desserts.

I've been to a few restaurants similar to Princess and I would say they are a solid option! However, I do have a bit of mixed feelings. The pork xlb was tasty. The broth inside was nice and hot. Very flavorful! Make sure to eat it fresh and hot as they do cool down pretty fast. When they get cold, it's a different experience haha! The stir fried rice cakes had a really nice flavor as well. Reminded me of beef chow fun! I loved the veggies in this dish, which gave some texture. Unfortunately my husband thought the rice cakes were a bit too soft/mushy. I didn't mind too much as I still liked the flavor. They have a decent portion of shrimp too, but I do wish they had a chicken option instead. The scallion pancake was very nicely done. Texture was perfect - good crisp, not overly fried, still had a nice chew. The only interesting thing was the sauce. Normally I'm used to having this with a ginger soy sauce of some sort (which I would prefer), so the sweet chili sauce was sufficient, but this dish could've been better with ginger soy I think! The green beans were good, not the best I've had. They add a bit of five spice to the beans, which was very noticable, so much so my husband actually didn't prefer it. You may love it though if you love that taste!! The spicy wontons had a great sauce! I really liked the chili oil - though it could've been spicier. I only wish the wrapper were thinner! The wrappers were a bit thicker and harder than I'm used to for wontons. The sauce made up for it though! The chicken fried rice was solid. It is what you would expect! They were very generous with the chicken in it and it was a nicely balanced ratio of ingredients. The parking can be a bit rough as it is in a plaza with other very popular restaurants - you may need to park across the street and walk over if you get unlucky. The service was really nice, they were welcoming from the beginning and stayed consistent until the end. They even helped box our leftovers, which isn't very common anymore these days. All in all, this is a solid 3 for me. I'm willing to go back and try other dishes and I probably will be back again at some point. However, with so many other options for these dishes, it is hard to say Princess stands out amongst them. I would still suggest you come check out and support this restaurant though! We had a good meal here and you may find it to be exactly to your liking!!

First time here and finally made my way in after Yelp keeps recommending on my feed lol ~~ I can say I already wanted to come back to eat the same thing again. The lobster noodles soup was amazingly delicious made with fresh lobster, meat was crunchy and tasty, noodles was medium thick and chewy, not to mention the soup was perfectly seasoned, this item is a must try! First time ordering the giant soup dumpling I always wanted and it didn't disappoint. The soup was awesome , so fresh and tasty with crab meat and full of flavor. I didn't know how to eat it because didn't see the straw that came with it faint, next time I'll show you ~~ The popcorn chicken was also my favorite, perfectly cooked soft and juicy on the inside and fried to perfection on the outside soft crunch lightly batter Service was exceptional, we felt like queen and king and our server even gave us a tray of chocolate dumplings to try, omg it came in hot and chocolately delicious, you have to eat it right away, not too sweet but perfect It was so comfy inside even in a hot weather like today 100oF outside. The AC was cool and we had to rush to finish our food before it got cold. Perfect place for gathering and family outing. If you haven't discovered this amazing place, I strongly suggest you to come try this place for your experience. I gave it a 10/10 for all the food we tried. I promise you will not disappoint ~~ If you live near or far, just make your way here! Plenty of parking outside, no guarantee on weekends and peak hours . Will be coming back soon!

Was craving DTF and found this spot that seemed very similar! Wifey and I came to try this spot out and enjoyed it! Spicy beef noodle soup : 4/5 Nice spice and mala flavor. The meat is tender but also I liked that they use more lean meat Beef roll : 3/5 I'm used to beef rolls being stuffed with meat and veggies but this one had much more dough than I'm used to. I wished they had more beef and sauce in it Black pepper beef: 5/5 Definitely one of my favorites here! Nice tender chunks of beef that were crispy on the outside. Sauce was very flavorful Rice cakes with shrimp :5/5 Honestly our favorite here! Rice cakes were coated in sauce so they weren't dry and the texture was perfectttt Salt and pepper squid: 4/5 By the looks of it, you'd expect them to not taste as good as they do. Batter stuck to the squid very tightly and the seasoning was splendid Garlic green beans: 4/5 Solid crunch and actually tasted pretty good to me. Wifey didn't like these as much as DTFs though Pork cutlet fried rice:3/5 Probably our least favorite dish here. Rice was a tad bland and so was the cutlet. I expected some seasoning on the cutlet but it was sadly disappointing. Rice was manageable with soy sauce but without, I'd rather skip this dish next time Service was superb though, the servers were attentive and offered many recommendations on different dishes that were great. Food takes a bit longer than normal but it was busy so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt The restaurant was clean and had nice spacing between tables so you weren't too close to other parties. The decor was very simple with a big tv in the center so you can enjoy some entertainment while eating! We'll definitely come back and check out more dishes since our favorite boba spot is in the same plaza

Decided to try this spot for lunch one day recently after a soup dumpling craving. Saw that they opened near me and was associated to Prince Dumpling which was on my list of places to try. The dumplings were quite good. The skin was thin, and there was a good amount of soup. One adjustment I would make is a bit of salt in the meat/aspic mixture so the soup would be a bit more flavorful. I also had the green beans and the flavor was good but they did not clean the green beans and I had to pull the string on the outside of the green bean off each one as I was eating it cause it kept getting stuck in my teeth. Also ordered the black sesame dessert dumplings. The filling could be thinned out a bit and have more sugar added. There was not very much sweetness for a dessert dumpling.

I saw Princess Dumpling had recently opened up so was looking forward to giving it a try. The dining room has a clean, modern aesthetic that makes it a nice spot to sit down for a meal, and the service was standard and attentive enough without being overbearing. As for the food, we decided to order the "Rice Cakes with Shrimp" ($17), "Beef Roll" ($11), "Chicken XLB" ($13), and the "Pork Pan Fried Dumplings" ($13). The highlights of the meal for me were the stir-fried rice cakes which were chewy and flavorful, along with the beef roll. I loved the flakey pancake and tender cuts of beef. The dumplings were also solid, although the chicken XLB did feel a bit drier than I anticipated. My only gripe is the portion size. They did feel like they leaned a bit more on the smaller side, especially considering the price point per plate. You'll likely need to order an extra dish or two if you've come with a serious appetite. I've seen this particular parking lot fill up before, but when we came on a Friday afternoon, there was more than plenty of parking spots in the plaza.

Food: I ordered the Lobster Noodle Soup, Pan Fried Pork Bun, and Crab Roe and Pork Giant Soup Dumpling. I was extremely impressed with the Lobster Noodle Soup. The lobster was cooked just right, with tender and delicious meat, and the soup had a perfect seafood flavor without being overpowering. I realized this was actually my first time trying a pan fried pork bun! I really enjoyed the combination of textures, with a crispy bottom and a soft, fluffy inside filled with soup. Last but not least, the Crab Roe and Pork Giant Soup Dumpling was such a fun experience. You get to drink the soup inside with a straw before enjoying the dumpling. My only wish was that there was more meat inside, but it was still a fun dish to try. Service: Excellent! Friendly and attentive. Ambiance: Clean, cozy, and comfy.

Came back to try several other dishes and really enjoyed them. We finally got to try the Xiao Kong Bao, and they were worth it. We especially enjoyed the crab and pork version. The other highlight to me was the pan fried beef dumplings. They were fried to perfection and I really liked the beef flavor. The service was great and the waiters were friendly.

Came for dinner on a Friday evening. It was quite busy but we were able to get a table quickly. Parking can be crazy especially on the weekends and spaces feel tight. The food here is yummy, pretty standard Chinese food. I really enjoyed the Shanghainese rice cakes, the flavor was delicious and had a good mixture of sweetness and savoriness. I also loved the large crab xiao long bao. I think the shrimp fried rice could have come with more than a few pieces of shrimp. Overall, solid Chinese food and extremely affordable for how much we ordered!! It was pretty busy so service was a bit slow, we pretty much ate and finished one dish at a time before the next dish was served for our meal.

Came during the soft opening phase on a Sunday lunch time and it seems like they're severely understaffed. There were a lot of tables open but the only waitress said that there would be a 30-45 min wait for the food. We didn't mind so we decided to wait. We ordered the xiao long bao, pork potstickers, and boiled pork and cabbage dumplings. The xiao long bao was pretty good. The potstickers were a bit too oily. And we realized they gave us chicken dumplings instead of pork dumplings because it was pretty dry and had a weird flavor. The waitress was super nice and took care of it for us, but just a bit disappointed that they gave us the wrong order. Hopefully they hire more people so they can cater to interested customers and get the orders right.

I believe the sister restaurant to prince dumpling.. the food was really good! We have been here twice now. We have tried the beeef noodle soup - good soup. Very flavorful! Lobster noodles! Wow priced well given the lobster was nice, juicy, and sweet. Tasted very fresh!

When I heard that Prince Dumpling opened a sister restaurant, the only logical thing to do is to visit it! Princess Dumpling is situated across the street from 99 Ranch Market. We had a party of 8 so it gave me an excuse to order (almost) everything. Our meal started off with the cucumber and signature salad, which were refreshing. The Signature salad had a hint of black vinegar and despite the red pepper that goes along with it, it wasn't spicy. The cucumber on the other hand had a kick. We ordered a number of different dumplings, pan fried, pork XLB, and a pan fried bun. Each provide different flavor and consistency. I recommend trying all but if you had to choose one to start, it is definitely the XLB, juicy, tender, with a thin skin. As to the noodles, including the dan dan noodle and shrimp fried noodle, both are hearty and will satisfy any hunger. The pan fried has a subtle soy savory flavor that keeps you coming back for more. The beef noodle soup warms the belly with its generous portion size. We also ordered some "appetizer" type dishes, including popcorn chicken and beef rolls, which were standard but good. Not pictured are the dessert XLBs (chocolate, red bean, and sesame). What can I say, that's the only way to complete a meal, with these XLBs. The interior is clean, modern, and service is prompt and friendly. Will definitely return.
