I believe they're fairly new to this location, but it's clear they know what they're doing since they already have a few other locations (I'm assuming 3 based on their name? Lol) The restaurant is tucked away in a somewhat unusual shopping complex that seems like it's still waiting for more businesses to move in, but don't let that fool you. The space is beautiful inside--clean, modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The large Xe Lửa pho bowl is massive and easily big enough for two people to share. The broth is rich and flavorful, and the quality of the ingredients really stands out. We also ordered the egg rolls, which were super crispy and packed with flavor. They're a little pricey considering you only get two rolls, but they're definitely tasty. Overall, this has quickly become my go-to pho spot. I'll definitely be coming back regularly. read more

Well Dayum, that was one of the best pho ive ever had. I chose the filet mignon pho from the extensive choices of pho combinations they offer. But the friendly attentive wait staff recommended the filet mignon sauteed in garlic version, and that was so bomb. The Broth was incredible. I want more. I've been a regular at Pho Lovers 3 for a long time, so I was really happy to see them open a 4th location closer to home. It's nice being able to enjoy one of my favorite pho spots without the usual long drive. The food and service were both excellent. The vermicelli with lemongrass beef and egg rolls was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly. Their pho was just as good as always, especially the broth at this location. It has a cleaner, lighter flavor compared to the richer and heavier broth at the other locations, which I personally prefer. This restaurant is located within a shopping center and is very big and spacious. At first glance, it looks very clean and modern with white marble tables and multiple TV screens on each wall. Not many other shops are opened so you'll notice it once you're inside the little plaza. It's the the back corner. It's not where the cmart building but the building over. Interior decor was nice and clean. Definitely appreciate the cleanliness of a new shop. Friendly service and delicious food! Ample portions and plentiful parking in the lot. One of my pickleball buddies and I decides to try one of newest pho restaurants in town. Pho Lovers is the fourth chain store located at Rowland Heights. The restaurant is really spacious, traditional and cafe style decor with flat screen on the wall. Service is friendly and attentive. It wasn't too busy on a weekday lunch. So I order #13 pho tai lan which is more of fusion pho, they stir fried the meat first and not raw. The soup base is thicker, stronger, and more savory. The flat noodles we choose is really good too. Vegetables and ingredients in the soup are fresh too. Overall, this pho restaurant is highly recommended and no wait time at all. read more

They are located in Hong Kong Plaza hidden inside the south building behind Shau May Deli. I ordered takeout. I ordered the cha gio and a large pho. While taking my order, they asked me a question I only hear in the OC Vietnamese area. They asked me if I wanted my noodles uncooked. I don't know if it gets any more legit. Speaking of noodles, the guy taking my order asked me if I wanted the regular pho noodles or the flat noodles. You do get to choose. The cha gio and pho were very good. The pho had everything in it with all plenty of meat. The large sized pho came with plenty of noodles to share since we also ordered an appetizer. It was plenty of food for my wife and I to share. I love Pho so it's natural to come to Pho Lovers for their Pho. They only offer Pho and other appetizers dishes. You will not find rice or noodles dishes here. Since they just opened about a month ago, I'm not sure if they will offer other dishes besides Pho. Restaurant looks pretty nice and clean inside. It is located inside the little strip mall. Ordered the #21 Pho Tai Duoi Bo, which is Pho with rare beef and oxtail. Also got the Shrimp Spring Rolls and the Peach Tea. The Pho was so good. The broth was perfect. I had a very pleasant first experience here that definitely left a lasting impression. Edward was a very kind and knowledgeable server, offering recommendations based on his experiences of growing up in Vietnam. His passion for the food and the restaurant itself resonated with every recommendation. While everything looked and sounded good, my gf and I decided on items #19 and #33 from both of their menus, one being a pho dish and the other a rice dish. We shared both between the two of us, and I'm glad we did because it was plenty. For drinks, we ordered the Thai teas, both "red," or the usual colored one, and "green" was how Edward described them; it was BOGO free. The exterior and interior of the restaurant was clean, modern and inviting, with ample seating, TVs throughout, and space between each table. Hidden in a deserted plaza is my new favorite Vietnamese restaurant! Everything was fresh and deliciously prepared. The place was fully renovated with a clean washroom. There were two types of Cha Gio (egg rolls): regular wrap and rice paper wrap. Having both available is not common; both were flavorful. The Pho soup tasted more herbal than those commonly found in other Vietnamese restaurant. I highly welcome this non-artificial, non-chemical flavor. The noodles were al dente - yum!! Oh, they offer a choice of thin or thick noodles. Iced Thai Tea's list price was very expensive, but they are currently running a Buy-One-Get-One special. My only complaint is that the dishes came with slices of lemon instead of lime. But that only brings my 5+ star review to a 5.0! LOL P.S. ok, I lied a little. The rare beef in the pho was overcooked too, but I was so happy with the noodle texture, soup, and the tender tendon that I totally forgot about the minor blemish. It was my first time visiting this new pho restaurant, and the quality was solid. It's located in the New Colima Plaza, which is a mostly vacant and minimally maintained indoor shopping mall. I noticed a surge of praise, so I decided to check it out. I arrived here later in the afternoon and got seated immediately. However, there were still several people eating inside. I ordered a small phở tái lăn ($17.50), which had stir-fried rare filet mignon. This was included in the "specialty phos" portion of the menu, hence the relatively high price. The portion size was filling, but I didn't leave with leftovers. While the broth was really savory and hearty, I think I would've preferred ordering something more light. Adding the stir-fried meat to the soup made it more oily. I decided to put all the garnishes into the broth, so that helped. For example, the bean sprouts were very refreshing. The filet mignon was tender, but I personally didn't think it tasted markedly better than other meats I've had in pho. Service here is basic, and the servers mainly leave you to yourself. It's nice for an easy and quick lunch if you're ever in a hurry. You pay at the front when you're ready to leave. One tip is that part of the parking lot here is poorly maintained, so try to avoid the potholes. read more

Winter was a great, friendly host who recommended the #19 for something hearty and garlicy. Also...Yelpers get a free Thai iced tea for a review! I chose green. They also are very open to feedback, it seems, since I asked if they had a member/point system, and they said it was a good idea which they will mention to the owner. Winter was really sweet, coming to the area I was waiting to hand me my drink and order when it was ready in around 10 mins (two small, yet generously-sized bowls of #17 & #19). She even held the door open for me so I didn't have to juggle my prizes! Their bathroom is clean and cute! Now onto the good stuff: Winter recc'd the #19 because the filet is sauteed in garlic. I agree that the garlic flavor is a nice touch which doesn't overpower the rest of the dish. Fantastic! The greens are all fresh & flavorful, the thin noodles we chose a perfect chew, and the #17's large beef ribs a literal fall-off-the bone tenderness. And the star: the broth. I've dined at Pho Lover's in little Saigon, so I was thrilled they had their soft opening here in Rowland Heights about two weeks ago. Located inside the Hong Kong shopping plaza, the newly remodeled eatery is Asian themed with several flat screens depicting scenes and cooking in Vietnam. This is their fourth eatery, and the owners here know how to make an authentic bowl of pho. I ordered a large combo bowl with a request of the fresh flat noodles and my bean sprouts heated. All the fresh veggies are plated on a plate and bought to your table. The pho had generous amounts of various proteins and tasted excellent I love the fact that this is closer to my residence verses trekking to the OC (Little Saigon) for authentic Vietnamese entrees. The manager Kelvin was friendly and is new to Pho Lovers, but speaks English, Vietnamese, and some Chinese which is a big ratio of the residents in this area. For their soft opening they are giving a complimentary beverage with your purchase. The menu is currently limited but will expand once they grow this location, I'm looking forward to returning here soon and trying some of their other entrees. read more

Wow, what a gem in the hearts of Rowland height. My wife and I discovered the best Pho restaurant in town. The pho here is fresh and delicious, with generous portions. The hot stone pho is served with fresh bone broth and LARGE portion of brisket, tripe, meat balls and extra meat on top. This place is my new favorite pho spot and I never had a real favorite pho spot. They have the Xi Quach Suon and Xi Quach Gan which is basically just soup with either beef ribs or beef tendon. I am on a low-carb diet so can't really eat too much noodles but these dishes are also really tasty and you can't find them at many pho restaurants. Prices are good and portions are huge. Our waiter was also super enthusiastic and fast with our orders. I also think the owners are really smart because the plaza has a lot of good restaurants but also really bad sewage, but they picked a little spot that's insulated from the smells. The inside of the restaurant is super clean. There's a lot of parking in the plaza but this place can be hard to find because it's hidden in a building that's pretty empty. read more

Me and my family had a great experience here, the charbroiled meat has a nice char-grilled taste, the pho's broth is warm but not hot, and its flavor is there but not overpowering. The two Thai teas are packaged already to go for your exit and don't have an overpowering tea taste and aren't overly sweet. If there's one thing I feel you must try the brisket and rare beef pho (#6), though you may suspect it to have an increase price to something more basic, all Phos actually share the same price, and only differentiate depending on the size you order. The store itself is well lit and is really clean compared to the mall that it's in. Giving it a more modern and comfortable feel. Not only that while eating here the you'll realize the service was constant and engaging. Some kind gentlemen named Kai and Ryan helped us and explained the different phos on the menu. Something more alluring though for a one time visit is a deal with their Thai teas, having a buy one get one free currently going on for their new open. In conclusion, if you're craving Pho and you can make the travel, this would be a great experience leaving you satisfied till your next craving. read more
