My…read moregrandmother recently went into that place for an oil change, left with a bill for over $120 by the vultures who up-selled her a whole bunch of stuff she did not need. How do I know? Because I changed the air filter the month before! Other than oil changes, I do her maintenance. You ppl should be ashamed.

Ordered 2 loft chairs and a couch, paid in full the date that the orders where taken - no issues right now experienced, this is late August of 2020. Come October 2020 got told delays because of COVID - no issue, I understand. Get told by Elizabeth that I should receive 3 pieces by early December. Come December no email or call from Elizabeth explaining delays. I HAD TO CALL HER to ask about my order and get told should be coming mid December, understand but not upset. Got my first part of the order, couch no issue. But second order missing... end up getting the 2 loft chairs end of December 2020. Called Elizabeth and stated one of the chairs is damaged - the leg point part broken. Get told by Elizabeth to send her email with pictures and I do as requested on December 16,2020. Here is where my issues start... January passes, February 2021 comes and no update from Elizabeth. So on February 13, 2021 I email asking for an update. Funny part here - she forgot ALL ABOUT MY DAMAGED CHAIR RECEIVED. But she said she will contact manufacture . Receive update from Elizabeth and gives me tracking number. Then on February 16, 2021 I get a message from a neighbour indicating I've had a parcel delivered to THEIR ADDRESS. Pick it up and discover the WRONG ADDRESS WAS GIVEN to the manufacturer by Elizabeth. So I email her explaining that I was NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER WITH MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE AT THE STORE - with the way my issue was handled by her. As one can imagine, if my neighbour was not honest, I would be out a replacement leg and this loft chair would be useless. Today is March 4,2021 and no response has been received to date from her explaining or providing some form of customer service. Overall, would I recommend this place to a friend, family - NO BECAUSE IF AN ISSUES ARISES SHE TURNS A BLIND EYE AND IGNORES HER CUSTOMERS.

When we signed the contract with them, the nightmare began. We signed in July 22/2021, they didn't start till August 31st. When they delived the materials there was only the driver to unload, there were big pieces, the contractor was supposed to be here to receive it, but he didn't come to make sure the materials were right, my brother that had paid for the work had to help him unload, they were paid $15,000 for the job and he had to help unload it! The contractor was being paid for the job didn't borther to show up and do his job, the counter to be installed in our kitchen was cut 4 ft too short, the shower was wrong, the cabinet was the wrong colour that we had picked out . The contactor was very spuractic when he would come to work, he would say he would be there at 1pm he'd show up at 4pm, after I cleared my schedule to be here then he'd show up late. Many times he would come at 5pm and stay till 8pm, who works on that type of schedule ? It was very much disrupting to us, especially when I'm caring for our elderly parent. Then when the job was finnaly done we wanted to return the leftover flooring that they estimated that we would need , there were 2 boxes of un-opened flooring they would take it back however they wouldn't refund the money that was paid for it. We had paid over $15,000. to do the renovation, we had to keep checking what he was doing the cabinet was installed wrong the put the unit that had for a shelf under the sink drain, then there was no shelf markings in the other unit. It took 6 weeks to do a small bathroom and for the amount that was paid. When they removed the bath tub its was around 8 pm, they put wood and crap in it that they removed in it and left it on our lawn by the house for 4 days, we were embrassed to our niegbours that no care or consideration was given to how our property was left. ***BUYER BEWARE***…read more We bought a Mazda 3 from Achilles Mazda and were upsold on a $1100 body scratch/rust and interior package, where we were explicitly told that ANY and ALLALL scratches or interior tears will be fixed by this dealership. Additional to that, the to make sure there were no misunderstandings, I asked if I should bring the car in per scratch, the lady explained to let them build up and come say, once a year to get them all done at once. Not bad, eh? Not true. When we went to take the car in for scratch repair, we were told that this was not the case and were given a touch up pen for our troubles. Whatever portion of the package was for the scratches, was essentially the price of that pen. The gentleman who gave us the pen explained that we were one of a number of customers claiming the same terms of the package. I called Achilles personally to not only report the misinformation, but to be reimbursed the cost of the package, as we wouldhave never purchased it unless the scratch portion of the package was included. At first, Achilles was willing to investigate and return our call in a week. Fast forward two weeks. No call. I called back to know the progress of the investigation. Achilles said it was still being looked at and to expect a call in a week. Patiently, I agreed. Fast forward 10 days. No call. Calling back to the dealership, Achilles was now less willing to help and clearly irate, which told me he found what he hoped he wouldn't and further hoped we would go away. Brashly, Achilles told me he would call me in a week. Not this time. I insisted he give me an answer and my money. He at first refused, to which I told him I'd be there in 5 mins. When I arrived, Achilles was out front of the dealership with my money, yelling, no, screaming, at me, telling me to never return to that dealership - all because I asked for either what I paid for, or my money back. Nothing more. If you, a) want honest service, or b) what you paid for, this is not your dealership. After must investigation, we found out this is characteristic of this dealership and Achilles as an owner. HE WILL NOT HONOR HIS WORD WITHOUT A FIGHT. As a recommendation, drive the extra 10km to Oakville if you like the vehicle. They care. I've been and very much enjoy their service.
