Came with 2 friends today, I saw how they got a pretty good pedicures by 2 nice ladies, the one that did my pedicure was in a rush, she just was trying to get it done, not the best attitude either. I asked her to retouch the filing and again she just barely did it. She didn't even wait for me to dry my nails, she placed my slippers on and gave me the check. Great day with Anna and Sean. Anna did my pedicure , I told her I was ticklish she was very gentle and took her time. Sean was very good on my hands, I had a hard time relaxing my hands for him to finish but that's on me . I paid $65 for a pedicure which was the Callus Treatment with Gel polish. (50+15) Not sure what my hands break down to but I know it was $38 for a full set + $15 for gel which is 53, probably length and style for the extra anyway I ended up with $135 for total . It was a very good experience, my aunt and grandmother told me about this shop so I just stopped in for Christmas. I'll be back in my search for a home with a nail tech, but I was really impressed with Anna. Some of the stuff inside is a little on the older side. Some of the pedicure chairs are a little worn but it was pretty good. read more

It has been a year since I've last reviewed this establishment. So I think it's time for an update. I drive over 40 minutes from home; passing several salons to get to this one. I can't go anywhere else! All of the technicians speak to you even if they aren't doing your nails. They're friendly and personable. This is a family-ran salon and you can tell. Johnny has more "by-name" requests than he can handle and even if he's not there and someone else has to do my pedi, I'm not disappointed. I could go to several salons closer to my house. But I choose to stick to this salon. I've been a customer for almost 5 years now! I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for high quality nail upkeep. read more

Went here with my wife to have a mani/pedi. I just sit in the chair and get a foot massage but it's a nice couples thing to do. Keeps her company while I get a foot bath. Have been going to Prince's nails since March. Up until now I've been pleased with the services and technicians. I asked for a design for the holidays... it was very confusing to them but I was told they could do the design I showed them. The picture was shown through my pedicure, there was ample time for them to say the design wasn't doable. I was embarrassed and very disappointed. I came from out of town and just had my nails done beautifully elsewhere I just had my lady do a design and decided I didn't want a design. My friend wanted her nails done so I figured I would just have them take the design off and re paint them. The lady I saw ruined the shape I had by effortlessly filing and my polish was done in 5 minutes and also very effortlessly. I wish I would have just left my nails the way they were fine before. Had a good experience here today! I had a gel manicure and the kids had kid manicures. The prices were reasonable, and the color selection was good. Everyone seemed pleased with the service, including us. I would have liked for them to do more of a massage and more pampering with the manicure, but my nails look great! Two stars because they were able to fix my broken toenail and still only charged me $33. 45 minute wait, to put me in the chair for 45 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. The water was cold, and the color they added in it stained my feet blue. They didn't clean the bowls or the chairs before or after anyone, and didn't use new tools. The whole place was filthy. I had an ok experience here. I came here with my friend around 3 pm on a Saturday. The place was pretty empty for the most part and we both decided to get pedicures. The first thing i notes was that the water was a little colder than Luke warm. The woman doing the pedicure was rough, especially on my legs. I feel the red scratches that will be there tomorrow. Lastly, the towel that they placed on my legs felt like it was on fire. It was super hot and my legs are red from it. Like i said, my experience was ok. read more

Just your typical nail place. It was clean and bright and we got right in for our appointments. The price seemed a little high for just a regular mani/pedi, but every where is different. My 2 friends nor myself had any issues while we were there, but there were two ladies who were very upset upon checking out. They said the nail tech was rude to the one girl the whole time and she didn't even have her manicure finished (apparently she was getting married the next day too). Again, I didn't notice or hear anything going on the whole time I was there so who knows what happened. There were a few different nail techs who worked with us and we all had a different experience. We paid the same amount but some of us didn't get what we paid for. Not a big fan. I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt that my next experience will be better than the last but every time I get a pedicure here, they mess it up. The first time my toenails were cut too short. So this time I asked if they cannot cut them that short and it happened again. The man doing my pedicure had a long pointy thumbnail that kept poking and stabbing me while he was doing my feet. I come here to relax but that is far from what I feel coming in. read more

I like to get pedicures with my wife every few weeks and we've been going to Prince's Nails (not sure about the multiple spellings) but the one at Tanger. We usually go on Sunday at noon and the staff here are very welcoming and pleasant. I really enjoy the pre-soak and sitting in the awesome massage chairs. Totally worth it! Beware of changing prices!! Been going there on and off for a little bit with my mother. Got a price quote for my nails to get done last week but when I actually got my nails done and was checking out, the price increase by $10. So make sure you pay when you get there or only get a quote when you're getting your nails done. Otherwise it might change for you to. I had no appt so I expected to wait. After two minutes a man told me to come to a table and sit. I was surprised they were ready so soon. I was wrong. He directed me to a table where I was ignored for 30 minutes. I was literally invisible. There was even a couple children that came to my table and played a game of cards right in front of me. All the while no one thought to at least say "Hey so sorry for your wait! We'll be right with you!" Or "As you can see we're pretty swamped but we have someone coming to you soon!" Nope. Nothing. I put my name on the list and was told 15 minutes. I went out to my car to charge my phone for 5 (I told the guy that I was stepping out for a minute but still here). I came back in and the girl who had signed in after me was in a chair. It took 45 min to get to pedicure chair. Once in the chair, I sat for another 20 minutes while they started on my mom. I had to be somewhere at 6 so I told them after 20 minutes "I don't have time for a pedicure anymore. I will just do my nails" Got moved to a chair for nails, waited another 10 minutes. The nail tech came over and sat, slowly slurped from her drink while looking at me, then sighed and began. It was extremely rude. Once she started, she kept cutting my cuticles when I asked her 4 times not to. She also tried to file the top of my nail (I got gel/shellac) once done, which anyone who has gotten shellac knows is a big no no and will set you back in that chair in 1 week versus 5 weeks. Horrible service and work ethic. My mom and I will not be returning. I also told them the second I signed in that my mom's shellac needed to soak, reminded them 4 times. They never did it. They were going to use the electric file to take it off (ruins your nails). She told them no, she wanted to soak. so they did, for 20 minutes while they worked on other customers. (She could have been doing this in the pedicure chair the entire time, like we had asked) read more

Very disappointing experience. Came here yesterday and my nails are already chipping! I didn't have an appointment so I expected to wait, no problem. Was taken in about 15 minutes, perfectly fine. The first person to help me was very nice but he only was taking off my gels. I had 3 other people take care of me throughout the hour and a half I was there. The color selection for regular polish was really lacking and the color I finally chose apparently wasn't good enough for my technician who made fun of me for it and made me pick another color. I guess it doesn't matter since my nails have already chipped and I'll be taking it off when I get home. The salon is also expensive for the experience and they do not follow their price list at all. read more

Full set of acrylics is $28 and on Wednesdays it is 15% off... However, they either don't know how to do percentages or they don't really give the full discount. They also nickel and dime you. I wanted my nails in the almond shape and she charged me $7 extra for that shape and said it was because it took more time. She didn't want to do 2 of my nails an alternative color nor did she wanna do the 3 necessary coats of glitter on those nails. She did a good job overall but the money thing really annoyed me. This place is absolutely awful. The staff is very unprofessional and rude. I waited for over 25 minutes for a TERRIBLE pedicure. It was rushed, the cut and shape is jagged, and he did not even paint my toenails fully. When I told the manager I was unsatisfied and wanted a refund she was EXTREMELY rude and unapologetic.This is THE WORST nail salon I have ever been to and the most poorly I think I've ever been treated as a customer. When they finished with my hands, the guy walked me to the front and gave me my total. Prices were not listed.
