His price was lower then the other wreckers I called for a quote and he towed me in literally half the time estimated by the two others quoted. The entire job, from the time I called requesting my car towed from downtown Columbus to the time he unloaded it at its final destination in North Columbus, he knocked out in ONLY 1 hour. He was very friendly, easy to get ahold of and I appreciated how he communicated and kept me posted til the job was done. I was unable to meet him at the final destination but was impressed when he went so far as to send me photos of my car safely unloaded and parked along with his final message and my receipt. Our car emergency this morning came with some unique challenges and peculiarities but Mr. BigTows happily and promptly overcame them and took alot of stress out of a stressful ordeal for my wife and I. I will definitely recommend him to friends and family and his number is saved in my phone now because I'd also def use him again (although I hope I don't need to ).

I broke down in Auburn late in the evening after an unfortunate encounter with a deer. I called…read moreseveral local towing companies for quotes, but since it was around 9:30 pm, after hours prices were understandably steep. On top of that, I needed my vehicle towed over two hours away. Whitlow Towing answered right away. Robert was courteous, transparent, and offered the best value for such a long tow. ($650) They accepted my credit card without issue and texted me a receipt immediately after processing the payment, which I truly appreciated. They arrived within 10 to 15 minutes in a well equipped tow truck. Robert took the time to look under the hood to see if there were any obvious issues before loading my car. He then carefully loaded Grace and kindly allowed me to ride in the cab, which meant I did not have to make other arrangements late at night. I was incredibly grateful for that. I was a little nervous about a two hour ride with someone I had just met minutes earlier, but it turned out to be completely comfortable. Robert was a perfect gentleman. He respected my need for quiet when I needed it and engaged in friendly conversation when I initiated it. He is an excellent driver and handled my vehicle with great care throughout the entire process. In a stressful situation, his professionalism, kindness, and calm presence made all the difference.
