I had them do some work for me several years ago and they did a good job…read more So, when I needed another job done, I called on them. That was a big mistake. I have no idea what has happened to the company since my first experience, but this wasn't what I expected. When I checked on their progress the first day, there were several issues that were quite obvious, so I had to point those out to them the next day. Then, they cut the bottom of my gate fence far too short than necessary to fit a paver underneath. It was very unsightly and below the standards of a very strict HOA. They promised to come back in three days to fix the gate and asked for the rest of the payment for the project. Being trusting, I paid them. That too, was a mistake. From then on, they either made excuses or didn't bother to respond to my many emails and phone calls. Finally, after threats of legal action and mention of recordings on outdoor cameras of them promising to come back and fix the gate, they finally came back about 1 1/2 months later and repaired the gate. Fast forward to March 19th. I noticed the mortar used for the stones was separating and/or breaking apart in several areas. So, I first contacted Love for Lawns by email and notified them of the problem, because the workmanship is still under the 1-year warranty. In response, on March 20th, they told me they would put me on their "warranty schedule". That never happened and they never responded to any of my calls and emails after that. After a Google Review, the last email I received from them was on May 19th, stating "I will schedule the repair for next week". Again, I have not heard from them since. I tried to be patient and probably gave them more chances than most would before I took to Google Review and Yelp to provide reviews. I finally resorted to sending them a 'Final Notice' certified letter dated June 3rd, giving them 10 days to respond or I would pursue legal/regulatory options. Still no response as of yet. So, here I am.

He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. On the rare occasions when I had to send an email to address an issue, LLC's response time was always swift and quickly resolved. Recently, Liberty Lawn did some concrete work, extending the width of my driveway. Last year they replaced my wood fence and installed new gates. They did an excellent job on both of these projects. Last Wednesday they came (the next time after the issue a few weeks ago) and once again did only the front yard then left. I called the company again to complain. They remembered the last incident and I was told a manager would be informed and someone would call me back. Here we are a week later and still no communication. In my opinion this is akin to stealing. I paid for the whole yard to be done but only a half job was completed. I have no idea how many times this has happened and I didn't notice, but I suspect quite often. The worst part, though, is that management never bothered to call me back or remedy the situation. That's terrible customer service. So, today I called them to discontinue their services. The person who answered recognized me. She made NO mention of my complaint and didn't ask why I was letting them go. It's clear there was absolutely no intention to provide us the service we paid for nor even acknowledge the situation. So, they're fired.
