I had previously looked into epoxy with my builder, but after his poor-quality work, I decided it was better to go with a trusted third party. Fast forward a year and a half--I wanted my floors completed before my wedding since I'd be hosting at my home. That's when Issac came into the picture, and from the moment he walked in, he was a breath of fresh air. His positive energy, professionalism, and genuine excitement for my home design made me feel truly valued. Issac walked me through the entire process, explaining why their product was more durable and longer lasting than traditional epoxy. His presentation was thorough, and by the end, I had full confidence this was the right choice, especially since they offer a military discount. To my surprise, I was given an installation date just two weeks out! I couldn't be happier with the service, the product, and most of all, Issac's dedication to ensuring I got the best possible outcome. My installation team Dean and Avery arrived on time and I loved that I received several reminders about my upcoming service. They explained the process from start to finish and were incredibly efficient and the product spoke for itself. While prices have gone up, I was happy to have cracks repaired and my 3 car garage resurfaced with the black chips. He came out the next day to have a look and recommended capping the existing concrete as the quickest and most affordable option. He wasn't the cheapest quote, but he had good suggestions for improving the look, the leveling, and drainage which was also important for us. He and his crew came out the next week and finished the job in a day. It looks great (we get compliments), it's all usable space now and it drains much better. I'd give five stars, but he left his blower at home and so left our furniture and other things covered in concrete dust from a little demo they had to do. That said, I would recommend you get a quote from Juan if you need concrete work.
