Turns out it was a nail in my tire, a simple $25 fix. As a woman, I appreciate coming to a tire place and not feel scammed. Also, the check in process was super easy and efficient. I will absolutely return and make this my place of choice for anything tires from this point on.

I asked if they carried used tires, and she directed me to the guy performing the patch. When I asked again about newtires, she responded shortly, almost annoyed, asking what kind. I'm not walking into BF Goodrich, and it's not like I'm an SME on tires, so I just told her to forget about my inquiry. I was planning to return to purchase new or used tires, but I couldn't because I had to bring my daughter since she only has a permit. If this is the face of your business, I would reconsider the training or hiring of someone with customer service skills, because it was non-existent.

I also believe these are the same consistent people, I feel I recognize them. Before I would call and get a quote, this time I contacted Magic Tire through Yelp. They're always patient & exercise brevity, they were fast with messaging. I didn't go for the budget or used as usual, they sourced premium tires for me that I asked for and they didn't have. I'm pedantic, I always get quotes from a few shops to learn what's reasonable and I'm curious. Magic Tire is consistently the best deal. I'm a 'my-first-offer-is-my-best-offer' sort, I haven't even bothered to haggle because their first quote is sharply competitive and I respect their time. I couldn't buy the tires independently and have a shop install them for me for cheaper. I pulled the figures and did the math; tire price, taxes, installation, etc. Today's visit was perfect, as it has been everytime I've gone, they were all the positive adjectives about their service. They have the best quote, multiple-technician fast installation, and the tires meet expectations. --In the time it took you to read this review, you could've had a quote by now. Bring cash.

For the second time in fairly recent memory - Zach did my intake, and he was exceptional. Truly. Friendly, knowledgeable, informative and professional - with spot-on recognition of the issues and how to promptly resolve them. I came away very impressed - thinking to myself - whoa, this is how it should be done. These guys are efficient and pros at what they do. This is my first write-up for a tire, alignment and brake service outfit [and I don't break out too many write-ups good or bad] --- but this one made a strong impression after my last two visits and Big Brand definitely deserves all 5 stars plus a highly favorable write-up/review. It's never great to blow a tire or have your brakes needs a little TLC, but these guys really know what they're doing and are light years ahead of the competition. Of all the choices, BB is clearly the top dawg and stands above the pack. Big thanks to BB overall plus to Zach, Luis and the guys at the shop for looking out for my rig - I sincerely appreciate it!

This branch is superb! First, I yelped about tires, it gave…read moreme several options to choose, but the top most option Yelp gave me was this Discount Tires branch. Read their reviews, clicked their website, searched for the tires I needed. And of course the tires I needed must fit my budget. There were several branded tires that were offering discounts, huge discount. I signed in to get my $80 discount on Yokohama tires that were already on sale. Nevertheless, I called this branch; and the person I spoke to was very polite and helpful. I asked for a quote and asked if I can get the $80 discount being offered by Yokohama. He gave me the $80 discount on my 4 Yokohama tires, plus an extra Military/Veteran discount. Carlos (the rep that I spoke to over the phone) asked me if I want to get an appointment, and I agreed; so he gave me an appointment. Anyway, we just walked in on the same day I spoke to Carlos in to this branch, got in line, and when it was our turn (approximately 7 minutes in line) I told the guy (Saul is his name) that I already made an appointment and I have a record of the tires I needed, and of course the quoted discount amount Carlos gave me. He retrieved my record. The staff in this store are very helpful, polite, friendly, and most of all very transparent and honest. We only waited for a total of 40 minutes (walked-in) and our vehicle is all ready with new sets of tires. There are nearby stores where you can window shop while waiting. I'm recommending this branch 100%. Oh by the way, thank you much Yelp for your guidance in obtaining what I needed; you are simply the best!

This was by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had…read more For over 3 months, Discount Tire kept calling me, claiming I never paid for my TPMS sensors and that I still owed them money. The manager, Samuel, was rude from the beginning and even told me I had "got free sensors." After telling me he wouldn't contact me again about the issue, he turned around and charged my card $1,756 without telling me. After going back and forth with Samuel he kept insisting the charge was correct and that I hadn't been double charged. When I said I was going to call corporate, Samuel got defensive and told me corporate wouldn't help because "only I can give you your money back." He also claimed the charge on my account was just a hold and that my original invoice from March had never actually been completed. After getting nowhere Samuel, I told them I was prepared to take them to small claims court over the $1,756 If the issue wasnt resolved. 3 days later, a different employee called me and admitted I was right the whole time. They found that my card had in fact been charged twice and told me I'd be getting a refund within five business days. After more than three months of phone calls, arguing, and being told I was wrong, they finally admitted their mistake. An apology would go a long way but I doubt I will hear from them again If you decide to do business here, I'd recommend keeping a close eye on your bank statements. And if you've been a customer before, I'd also suggest asking them to remove any credit or debit cards they still have saved on file. I definitely won't be coming back.
