After installation, we began hearing loud popping and creaking noises from multiple downspouts and drains. While the team came out several times and assured us the issue would be addressed, months later we're still dealing with the same problem -- especially from the north-facing drains. Communication started out fine but quickly dropped off. Each "fix" was temporary, and the underlying issue remains unresolved. At this point, I'm disappointed in the lack of lasting solutions and follow-through on their warranty and workmanship. I rarely leave negative reviews, but when you invest in what's supposed to be a professional installation, you expect the company to stand behind their work until it's right.
