The owner is consistently personable, courteous, and respectful. I felt we developed a cordial rapport--an interaction marked by mutual professionalism and respect. In November 2024, I had to cancel a scheduled trip. Since payment is required in advance, I was offered the option of a refund (minus a cancellation fee) or a credit applied to my account. I opted for the credit to avoid the fee, knowing I would likely rebook. I told the office manager I would follow up. Unfortunately, I didn't rebook right away--and that's when the issue arose. Recently, when I called to schedule a trip, the office manager said there was no record of the cancellation or credit on my account. I was offered a modest discount on the new booking. It was far from an adequate resolution-- I would have paid twice for the trip. In addition, the new trip would have been shorter than the canceled trip, so the discount was irrelevant. It may have been an oversight by the office manager. Perhaps I should have done a better job following up. Regardless, I expected better recordkeeping. I also felt my loyalty as a customer was not acknowledged or valued. In conclusion, as long as your planned booking is certain and there is no possibility of cancellation, you will likely be satisfied with the service.​

Daniel, the transport driver, had my mother at her appointment in plenty of time and waited for me to meet them at the doctor's office. When the appointment was over, he promptly returned to pick her up and took her back to the rehab center along with the doctor's follow up paperwork. Daniel was so kind and professional. They bill themselves as Medical AND taxi service. My wife's car wouldn't start this AM, and i…read morewanted to get to and from my PT appointment this morning. Seems like they aren't prepared for taxi services. They have a rule that you must pay the cost before you go, but they use AI to send invoices. They mailed me a notice that had no invoice, no link to pay and no word on how much it costs. Sort of important things to know, doncha think? I called PT and they said they'd push my time back by an hour, and I so informed them of that. But 38 minutes after the first notice went out, I'm still waiting for an invoice telling me what I owe and how to pay it, These people may be great at the non-emergency Medical operation where you deal with appointments made far in advance. But as a taxi service, it's ridiculous. Complaining that it was short notice means to me you can't handle what you say you do. And any company who bills with AI is flirting with disaster. What would it cost them to have on-call drivers, or an actual human being doing the billing? More than these folks are willing to pay! It will be Uber next time despite the huge prices they charge. I wouldn't have had this run around with them!
