We realized that this would be a very complicated ask, but Civilized was definitely up to the task. They organized all of our accommodations, meals ( including dietary restrictions amongst our family members detailed at all restaurants that we visited), activities ( including Zip Lines, America's Cup Boat Ride, Guided Hiking, Guided Kayaking, Hobbiton Tour, Māori Cultural Events, Jet Boat Tours, Fishing Excursions, Sailing Excursions, Train Rides, etc. etc) and Drivers to pick us up and drop us off.
