My Lead Auditor contracted with Excellent Limousine to take us from our Hotel to the Shell Air Terminal on the front end of the Fort McMurray leg and back Downtown after we arrived back in Calgary. My time up in the Oil Sands was educational and fun, but I was really happy to finally leave and kiss the ground after landing at YYC. This Limo Company did an Excellent job with our transportation and lived up to their name. And it certainly wasn't their fault that our fearless leader had us meet up at the Hotel Lobby at 4:30 AM on the first leg, a full 2 hours earlier than necessary. The ride was fairly classy and professional, as the vehicles were nice and the drivers dressed and drove well. I would happily use their services again.

I called the woman (apparently the daughter of the owner) and got told to basically pound sand. Sorry never even left her lips. I got attitude and was told it's my fault because I never checked my messages from a few hours ago when she was giving me the heads up!!! Say what!!?? Even if I had checked how the heck could I get another limo in only a couple hours. I also work nights and had very little time to do anything besides get ready before they arrived. But that's not her problem she said. And when I checked my missed calls there was none from this company. Only ProCom Cleaning Services. Well I didn't order cleaning services so even had they called and I seen it I wouldn't of answered a number I don't know. Maybe if this company was more legit they'd have their business attached to their number. I was told I would get no money back and was told I was lucky to get that or I could have gotten nothing and could drive myself!! I have never been more furious at the disgusting customer service. I basically had my money stolen to ride some lame van to my party with my friends. I was told by the driver the owner was in Florida and would contact me and most likely do something for me but that never happened either. For the record this company is the most expensive of all the companies I called! They just had a promo on so I went with them. So please dear lord do yourself a favor and go with another company. And here's just a stating list to help: A-1, AM/PM, Paramount, Ambassador, Quest, Thrive....any of these would be better!!!!! Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!!!!

This review is about the Victoria (BC) office of Tier One Travel. I have been travelling and…read moreliving around the world for the last nine years and have never - ever - encountered such an unprincipled company. In a nutshell, I wrote and asked how much it would cost to extend my stay in the country I was visiting. Without authorization from me - and without even hearing back from me - the agent went ahead and charged nearly $500 to my visa account. She had obviously saved my account details from the transaction where I paid for the original ticket. I found out my itinerary had been changed when I arrived at Phnom Penh Airport to check in for my flight. I appealed to the manager, Mike Hill, for assistance and a refund. Instead of assistance, I've received a string of excuses - including the time he must devote to caring for his 84-year old mother (I kid you not). I have not even received an apology. He is now insisting that I come into the office for discussion and suspect 'delay and intimidation' is the order of the day for the Victoria Tier One office. If I ever receive a refund, I'll certainly update this review.

We needed both limo and sedan rental services for our wedding on fairly short notice (after another…read morecompany canceled our reservation late and left us in the lurch). Having reached out to a number of Calgary limo providers, Pearl and her team were a delight to deal with. They responded promptly to us, had very clear quotes, and reasonable rates. Most importantly (to me) the various Paramount drivers we dealt with were punctual and pleasant, and their cars were always very well looked after and clean inside and out (and I've dealt with enough limo companies to know that's not always the case). Based on the excellent service we received, I would not hesitate to call Paramount again the next time we're in the city - nor to recommend them to anyone else looking for limo or sedan rental in the Calgary area.
