We realized that this would be a very complicated ask, but Civilized was definitely up to the task. They organized all of our accommodations, meals ( including dietary restrictions amongst our family members detailed at all restaurants that we visited), activities ( including Zip Lines, America's Cup Boat Ride, Guided Hiking, Guided Kayaking, Hobbiton Tour, Māori Cultural Events, Jet Boat Tours, Fishing Excursions, Sailing Excursions, Train Rides, etc. etc) and Drivers to pick us up and drop us off. One driver / guide was also included to accompany us on nine days of our trip. The entire trip was seemless. Each day our Phone Itinerary App told all of us where we had to be at all times of that day. Civilized did an absolutely fantastic job, and we were so pleased with the result. We have met with them since returning home, in order to find out what future adventure we can ask them to plan for us.
