Since I live at the far west end of sun city west, this makes a big difference. ABS drivers are polite, friendly, and courteous, whether it is 4 am or 4 pm.They always help w my bags, at both ends. They are always on time ( or even a bit early) and totally dependable. I have been telling folks about ABS for years. Best shuttle I have used.

I have it at three stars because it's more of an annoyance and there should be a different way of doing it, and thats checking to ensure everyone has paid on the light rail. on average i get checked 3-4 times just in the morning on the B line and sometimes by the same person and sometimes they see me scan my phone at the little kiosk. I understand the need to check but come on. There should be a way better implementation. also it creates a safety hazard when the train starts to move. Idk about every one else but thats my two cents. and one more thing for the buses, hold onto a chair because they brake hard, at least on the ones I take.

My return ride was scheduled for 3:00pm. Two additional riders were picked up. I got home at 4:20pm. From start to finish over 4 hours with the appointment lasting less than an 1 hour. The remainder of the time was waiting for paratransit. This is unacceptable. The wait times have gotten progressively longer.
