I arrived around 4:30 p.m. with my 13yr old son and two of his friends to try open play.The court was completely packed when we arrived, and the staff suggested we come back around 6:00 p.m. because it "would clear out." We left and went to Atlas Park to pass the time, then returned at 6:30. At that time it was equally packed so I asked at what time would it clear and how do they manage the time of players. The staff member said they "just look at the cameras," or check payments which, to me, sounds like there is no real system and that people can just stay as long as they want if they are known by staff. There seems to be no regulation or order about when someone's paid time is over. After waiting,I expressed my concerns about the time management. The staff then proceeded to tell me that I could pay at 7:15 p.m. and that the boys would be able to play on the right basket because the group there was leaving, since it was a private session. A group of approximately 12 boys who had been playing in the middle basket came over to the basket where my son and his friends were playing. The group of boys approached my son and his friends and stated that they would be playing a game first and that my son and his friends could play after their game was over, which would be taking away from the time I had just paid for. One of the boys even made a comment like "don't make me violate you," which is completely unacceptable and clearly meant to intimidate my son and his friends so they would not play. I immediately went to the staff to express my concerns. For a proper game especially in a space with just one hoop there should be a maximum of 10 players, so this was already an issue.The staff member walked over and asked the boys if they could play together or move to the other side.The boys argued with the staff, ignored what he said, and simply continued their game. The staff had no real authority, and nothing changed, so we ended up leaving. I am extremely disappointed not only because this place is taking people's money without any clear way of tracking court time or giving everyone a fair chance to play, but also because the staff could not ensure a safe and respectful environment for players. I had hoped this could be a regular place for my son and his friends to play and maybe even become members, but this was an awful first time experience. I hope management seriously reviews their open play policies, staff training, and crowd control so families and players can feel safe and actually get the court time they pay for.

My 2 year old had alot of fun in the ball pit bounce house and regular bouncehouse. Older kids had fun on the big slide bouncehouse, zipline, air hockey, shooting basketball. And even older kids had fun playing actual basketball. Theres also a bunch of intwrestingly shaped vehicles (trikes) the kids liked to play with. The manager and helpers were all amazing. Theres also lots of table space. They helped me set up all my decorations-placing balloons, taping up backgrounds, table and food set up etc. It was great that we had the whole place to ourselves. Pizza is also included for the children. They ordered us 3 pizzas for 12 children and we took the leftovers home. 2 hours definitely doesnt feel like enough. We had a 6-8pm time slot and I was considering extending it but since it was a knicks final game playing that night, i decided to just stay at 2 hours so everyone can leave and watch their game Theres a small parking lot in the front that can only fit 2-4 cars.

I was really impressed by the amount of work and improvements made in 1 hour with Giovanni. The facility is very clean. Several batting cages, a snack area with video games, plus sofas with a big screen TV. I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back in the future with friends.

My son primarily comes with his batting coach to rent the tunnels, though he's also been there a couple of times with his travel team. Staff is very easy to work with, they are very service focused. Tunnels are wide, well lit and well maintained. Nets and turf are in great condition. All the tees are tanner tees, so high quality. We've been to quite a few other NYC based facilities (such as there are) and this is our go-to place. While my son hasn't used their coaching staff, a few of his close friends/teammates have. The parents have spoken highly of the quality of the instruction. Also of note - during the MLB off-season, I definitely saw local prospects working out here. (just as a note to the quality of the facility)

Pitching machines are available and prices are affordable compared to similar cages - really great to have batting cages available in the Flushing area. Individualized baseball lessons are also available with Coach Pablo - he's coached for the EEP Bandits travel team. Doc Gooden event was great - he gave a pep talk to the children about friendships and the importance of having fun. It was originally going to be a pitching clinic, but the event was tweaked a bit and Doc ended up throwing batting practice to all the children. I guess my son can say Doc Gooden threw BP to him. Afterwards everyone lined up for autographs and we were able to get a baseball and baseball card signed. I will definitely be returning to Game 162 for their batting cages and I hope they continue to do signings with other baseball players.

Oakland Lake and the paved trails around it make up what I would call a neighbourhood park which is perfectly tranquil and restorative all on its own, but the much bigger park with the adventure course has its own charm unrelated to the adventure course. The trails are mostly natural (unpaved) which I prefer, and they're nicely shaded by mature trees and you can go for miles and be lost in nature. Street parking is aplenty arounf Oakland Lake, and there's a huge parking lot (pictured) for the park with the adventure course.
