I've asked no less than 5 times to have my light fixed so I can see well in my storage unit, and am…read moretold every time that it will be added to the list. 5 months later, and it's still not fixed! Last week, I was told by the person I saw, "I'll have my manager reach out to you." I am still waiting. This is ridiculous, and on top of that, the rent increase is no longer in line with the value I am getting. It seems like there is a disconnect in service and general care for customers. You can do better, but maybe you don't care. [shrug] 8.9.25 - Got a voicemail to call back - called back - no answer - now getting calls on a Sunday morning for payment on the unit "to avoid late charges". My response - "fix the light!". But when asked when it will be fixed and the district manager can help... "sorry I don't know". 8.2025 - District Manager finally called - set a meeting to fix the light - unfortunately the entire lighting system short-circuited and I was told I'd get a call back to replace it. That call never happened. Was also told they would reduce my monthly -- assumed that meant ongoing - nope... 1 month and then they reverted back to much higher charges with NO notice whatsoever. 11.4, 11.11 and 11.14 left messages to try and resolve this with no responses. 11.15.25 - I called again to leave a message - was told by the front desk person that all messages were sent to district manager. So here we are again - a real cluster on so many levels.

I have been asked to repost my review and a follow up on my experience with the company. A rep from…read morethe Customer Experience Team, Marie, reached out to me by text on March 2, offering apologies. She also wanted to touch base with a call at my convenience. I spoke to her and told her of the unprofessional treatment I received from the time of delivery to the exit. She stated she would speak to the operations manager and send me a release form for reimbursement of damages, etc. That has been done and I received acknowledgement of the form being received. I now await the next step, as told by Marie, for the compensation to be received.

I booked a move with them and put a deposit down. They confirmed with me that they absolutely had…read morethe availability. They said they would call me 3-4 days before the move to go over details with me, that never happened. I finally called them a few days before the move, where someone immediately and very rudely told me that they couldn't move me. They said they were booked up, and didn't have the men. Another guy then tried to tell me that it was an "IT issue" with their central office, not their fault so they couldn't do anything. Through trying to complain about this issue, I was connected back to them and spoke to somebody else. This time his excuse was that a "truck broke down" after I scheduled my move. I do not believe a single one of their ever-shifting excuses. Sure, they're giving me my deposit back and "taking responsibility", but none of that helps me when I have to be out of my place in less than a week. He just kept insisting that someone else can do it (and would not listen when I told him that I did the legwork already and that wasn't true). Do not book with this awful, scam of a company. They will cancel your move and completely screw you over and do nothing to make it right outside of the barest possible minimum.
