I really like the fact that they have carts available to help you move your things. One of the rolling carts is in bad shape and might need replacing, but the others are in good shape. I fell for all the 5 star reviews they heavily advertise but this was my 11th move of which 6 of those involved storage and it was the worst experience I've had. Very likable staff and hard working but the packers and storage was atrocious. So much damage and obvious packing errors I was shocked. I guess I should be thankful this is the only bad experience over the years but this was enough to last a lifetime. Packing was so bad it has to be poor training. Never again will I use them or recommend them.
