The furniture was wrapped at that point. when they unloaded there was BLACK streaks all over my couches. my big couch was broken in the center. there is black dust all over the couches. They broke four bookshelves. several pieces of glass cause there is glass all throughout as I unloaded. The topper is while they were in my home and used the restroom one of them left a middle finger on my bathroom wall in the black dust.
