The staff were friendly and kind. They went the extra mile and retrieved de-icer when I couldn't get my lock to open one very cold afternoon. I was concerned about spending on storage, but I felt good about it because the site is secure and the other renters friendly. I had to meet a lot of people to show items for sale, and no one ever complained or gave me a cross look. Everyone was always very friendly and kind. I only have positive experiences to say about Space Center Storage.

Service at the office was smooth. Overall the storage unit was good, staff was really friendly and the place was safe. It's especially special when one of the ladies working at the front office knew my name as I asked them to close my unit. If only I could have such a good memory.... :)

Today was moving day.(who doesn't love moving day ... Ugh) I reserved a storage unit last week…read morehowever due to work I had to change the date several times . I have to say they weren't annoyed in the least that I changed the date 3 or 4 times . The unit was pro-rated because of how late we moved into it . The woman at the store front was super friendly and very patient with me as we've never used a storage facility before . The only thing I can complain about is that when I walked out of the office I tripped over one of the cement bumpers in the parking lot and fell on my face . I'm not sure how I missed that big bright yellow cement bumper coming back out . I'm not sure if they saw me face plant or not and to be honest I hope they didn't . I literally laid on the ground for 60 seconds wanting just to die of embarrassment. Now that everyone who reads this got a good laugh (and it's ok if you did because I laughed to). Anyway back to the review . The storage unit was clean and didn't have any funky odor to it&was easy to find once we went through the gate . The pricing is in my own opinion fair and I don't feel like they price gouge you at all. As much as I'm satisfied with the overall experience I hope we never have to use them again .
