I then sent an email inquiring about the quality of the leather. I also asked what the cash price was for it. This was on July 30th; I NEVER received any response and the email did not "bounce back". Here's what I feel they do really well: Pricing is really fair for standard cleanings. I typically come out of the store paying less than $50 unless I'm bringing really large pieces, specialty clothing like leather, or have more than 6 pieces to be cleaned. They are also very timely on service. If you arrive by 9AM (I think) you can drop off your clothes for same day service- but even if you don't make the cutoff time for same day service I can typically get my business clothes back in 24-48 hours. I know they have a third party cleaner for leather - so that will take longer. Bedding took 4-5 days but was well worth the investment for the comforter that I needed cleaned (it had a nice dog smell to it). The only thing I can say they could do better is setting up a website for informations/Q&A. The absence of that is part of why I think writing this review is important for a local business in the neighborhood. I did not expect to be so particular about a dry cleaning place, but here I am traveling for work and deciding that I will just wait to get my suit cleaned between work trips this week and next week just so I can take it to people I trust.
