New Tenants Be Aware. I haven't been there for less than 6 months and they raise my storage fee every two months. I'm very disappointed with the service and I'm thinking about finding another place to store my extra stuff. Meanwhile they are building a u-Haul storage across the street. Maybe there is a reason for so many bad reviews...bad management? Worst experience ever! I was a customer for 10 years. Either they needed my camper space for a new building or they just didn't like Iraqi war veterans or retired police like myself, so they made me vacate my spot for no reason, no discussion and not even a phone call. Probably because I left a negative review in the past for raising the rate 100%. Stay away! There are better places to rent that respect their customers and appreciate loyalty. read more

The manager, Bryan, bent over backwards to help us get situated in our storage units. He also gave us water to help us stay hydrated. The day we unloaded our trucks was 90+ degrees. Bryan keeps the storage property clean and well maintained. I highly recommend this storage property. read more

I would leave a zero star if I could. My rent went up 60% on my unit- when I stopped to ask why, the manager (who had not returned 2 calls to customer service) said "that's just the price it is for your size unit" As a local business owner, I can imagine the outcry if I raised my prices by 60%, I will be telling anyone who sits in my chair, and questions my $3 price increase NOT to go to Prime storage. Excuses were made, electricity, insurance, etc. but no REAL reason. I'm looking elsewhere. read more

This is the most unprofessional place ever. They advertise one thing but your lease says another. You can pay your storage fee ( that goes up drastically once you are in) on time and because of their mistake of not getting a lease signed (after you have been in 20 months) they lock you out and tell you that you are trespassing. Please don't try to get in touch with a manager. There is "no" way to call them but they will send an email to the manager. Please don't think that ranks a call back any time soon either. I paid the month on November and I moved out of it November 4 called them to tell them it's empty and they could rent it out and she wanted me to come in and give a 15 day notice. Unbelievable read more
