They were faster than the estimated move time which has truly NEVER happened across nearly a half dozen moves that I've made. Dwayne seriously took my stress level down a few notches which was such a relief! They were professional and friendly. I was moving from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom townhouse so I wasn't sure where everything would go in the new place. I received an emailed bill stating that I was late on the Oct. payment and would charge a late fee. It also stated if I did not pay within 14 days my items would auction off. I attempted to pick up and remove my items in storage, and after explaining and clearing the matter of the payment agreement I made, they want to charge me the full amount that I was discounted for or I could not get anything out of my storage unit. There is a large sign in front of the office stating that the 1st month is free.
