They didn't wrap items in blankets to protect them and just stacked items on and under one another. This was a 9 mile move.....No accountability for broken items, damage to move out home property and overall service. Giving two stars is generous at this point as we've yet to receive settle up payment for damaged goods during move. Majorly scratched the driveway from moving trucks which nearly killed the deal of selling the home at the closing table. Learn from my mistakes and go with a more reputable company.

We're still waiting on that promise months later. They make a lot of promises but don't follow up to fix problems. I noticed their workers were careless with items being moved. I just happened to catch them dragging our expensive mattress across the rough concrete driveway. They lost our remote for the bed. only after much prodding did they finally replace it, I would not use this company ever again!!!

When we called this company to report our missing jewelry (gold emerald ring and gold necklace, etc) we were given the run-around. We were not taken seriously and they did not open an investigation into the stolen jewelry. No report made even though my husband called in. We will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau, the Atlanta Police Department, and will keep leaving this review everywhere online until our items are returned promptly. Worst moving experience ever. They lie and steal. Get a different moving company - future clients, please beware!!

It was a difficult job, with one large, heavy, complicated bookcase that had to get disassembled, moved and reassembled. They knocked it out like absolute pros. I also had an extra large sofa that almost didn't make it through the door.. they never gave up and ultimately got it inside using top notch problem solving skills. Did my freshly painted wall and ceiling get a little scuffed up? Yes, but something is always going to get a little banged up during a move, that's just reality. David in the office told me what to expect when I booked and answered all my questions: it all went exactly as he said it would. I paid a simple hourly fee for the labor, and a flat fee for the junk removal of the old units. No hidden costs. Richard was the team lead, and his experience was clear; they arrived on time and they handled the job with speed and assuredness. They quickly took out the old units with a lot of care to my property, then they fully installed the new ones for me. They made all the connections and tested it, so I didn't have to worry. I can't say enough about how well they treated me - they were all true pros every step of the way. AHM handled each detail, and I ALWAYS knew what to expect and what it would cost in time and money. They were transparent with everything and took great care of me. I will happily hire them again whenever I need labor, junk removal, or moving services.

The company owners wife was very unprofessional as she treated my family very disrespectfully. This company milked the clock the whole time and was very slow. The owner took his shirt off and worked with his pants falling off which was a very unpleasant and unprofessional thing to do in front of my wife and son, especially in front of the new homeowners and their family. After taking many long breaks and spending a total of 5.5 hours working, the company owner billed me for 6 hours. On top of everything they broke some of my stuff (put very light bins on bottoms of stacks and they were destroyed with all the weight). Overall, be warned that this is not a company of quality and respect. I would never recommend anyone us this company. I would hate for anyone else to have their things damaged and family insulted.
