The Schweizers are book-smart and garden-smart; they studied their subject in school and grew up in their trade. Since there are so many kinds of plants, each with their specific needs, and since gardening is one of the more complicated hobbies this side of raising champion race horses, I think it makes good business sense to deal with an old established family business like this , even if you are just buying a few annuals, baskets, or whatever.

I asked if the bins were available she said "No" I then asked if they were more bins coming in she again said "No" Then I asked to speak to a supervisor as she obviously was not willing to provide me with basic information about the product. She claimed she was a supervisor. I also asked for her name she answer "Jenny" and that was all I needed to know. I proceeded to end the call after that. This is horrible customer service. Here we have a person getting paid for doing a simple retail job of answering questions for customers and yet fails miserably at doing it. The funny thing is she probably believes she deserves to be employed there even though she's not doing her job at all. I never get this type of treatment when I call the HD in Manhattan. Jenny please find a job that you enjoy doing, but more importantly actually do it.

Please read before buying LG! We bought an LG washing…read moremachine, replacing our old LG (10 year warranty). After a short few months it started to destroy our clothes. It first accord after washing our sheets. They looks like some sharp object would be in the drum and pull strands out of the fabric. We checked the drum, stroked over every inch with our hands, used cotton balls to see if anything stuck - nothing! I called customer service (we ordered our washer directly from LG). They told us to run the drum clean cycle 5 times in a row (that's 7.5 hours!) that should solve the problem. We did and the next load of laundry had the same problem. We called LG again, send them pictures as requested, were told they investigate and call back. They never did. Today was the 6th time I called and also send an email to the president. After telling them that I will write this review and post it everywhere I was asked by the supervisor if I use the right cycle to wash my laundry. I am 69 years old and know how to do laundry. Finally I was told he would pass it on to their service center which will contact me to find out if it is a manufactory defect. This goes on now for over 6 weeks. The service center contacted us via text and asked what are the defective parts - how am I supposed to know? The next message was they reach out if they have someone available. I would stay away from LG which is hard to say because we have LG everywhere from fridge to TVs but if something is wrong it is the worse customer service you ever experience.

When we walked in, we got greeted by a female by the named Cecelia. Cecelia was very helpful, knew her job and knew it well. Helped me design the kitchen to what I visioned and sent me deferent 3D designs. She made the design and estimate and measurement process as easy as possible. After the design was finalized and deposit made. The material came next day, and the guys was working on the kitchen the following day . All in all it took 3 days to do the kitchens, ohh did I say it was 2 kitchens? 1 in the basement as well. The guys was clean professional and had the right tools to get it done. After they finished the stone guys came the following week and installed quartz as well. Another clean professional crew. Then we had a issue with fitment of stove in basement and they came back No problem and handled the issue. Cecelia is the girl to talk to, and will service my needs in the future. Price was best out there and delivered what I needed, hassle free, parking and free estimates. Thank you girl.

The sales people (I dealt with Vinny) are friendly and not pushy. I left and came back a couple times (after comparing their items to some other stores) and never felt pressured to "sign now." They have several samples on the floor to see and feel what items are like and they have dozens of books to go through if you (like me) need more choices. I found it difficult to actually compare prices between different furniture at different stores, but I got the sense that the quality of the furniture at this store is pretty good and the prices are definitely reasonable. Once ordered, I was given an estimated time frame for the items, which was followed-up on that day with a phone call giving me more precise information. My order came in two deliveries (bedroom and living room sets) and both times I was given accurate delivery windows (within a few hours) within which the deliveries were actually made. The delivery men for both deliveries were professionally dressed (store "uniforms") and were all polite and pleasant. I will definitely recommend this store to my friends, and in fact I have already done so.
