I feel compelled to share my experience to help other property owners make informed decisions: Pros: -Quick initial response to concerns -Willing to remove furniture promptly when issues were raised Cons: -Poor quality of furnished items delivered -Furniture showed significant wear and damage -Items were noticeably dirty and poorly maintained -Unprofessional handling of refund situation -Poor follow-through on promises I paid $3,654.02 for staging services, but the quality of furniture delivered was severely substandard. My realtor documented approximately 40 photos showing multiple issues including: -Deep scratches and chips on furniture -Worn finishes -Stained upholstery and rugs -Excessive dust (furniture was so dirty you could write in the dust) -Generally dated and worn items When these issues were brought to the owner's attention, the same day as delivery, he initially offered a 50% refund and immediate destaging. However, despite multiple follow-up communications and providing my refund details, I have yet to receive any refund as promised. The owner cited a non-refundable clause in the contract, but this shouldn't apply when the service quality falls significantly below professional standards. While I understand staging companies have high overhead costs, delivering poor-quality, damaged, and dirty furniture is unacceptable for a professional staging service. What's more disappointing is the failure to honor the promised partial refund. I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting any furniture before signing off on services from this company and getting any promises in writing. I attempted to resolve this matter privately multiple times before posting this review. Unfortunately, the lack of follow-through on promised resolution left me with no choice but to share my experience to help others make informed decisions.

My realty team set me up with a few quotes, and when I asked who they recommend I go with, they immediately said Staging Arizona. And I am so glad they did! Michelle is amazing, she came to the house to do a walk through, she gave recommendations not only for staging the home but what repairs/issues should get some attention from a buyers perspective. She also did an amazing job with the property, the home looked stunning and I got a lot of positive feedback from people who viewed the house as well, commenting on how nicely the staged property looked. Fast forward a month, and my house is sold! Thank you again Michelle!!

We renovated a house we had owned for many years to prepare it for a sale. I called Michelle based upon her Yelp reviews and the samples of her work featured on her website. She met me at the house and we discussed budget and reviewed samples of previous jobs that were similar to what she had in mind for us. The results were beautiful. The house went on the market and we had a full price offer within two hours of it going live, with backup offers within 24 hours. It was showed 27 times in two days, all due to the images posted online with the listing. I highly recommend this company.

The total invoice was quoted at $3,582.30. Due to service issues and property damage during the move, I explicitly authorized only one partial payment of $1,791.15, which I clearly wrote, signed, and dated on the invoice on 10/25/25. Despite this written limitation, the company retained my card information and later processed multiple additional charges on different dates without my approval. Attempts to resolve the matter and address damages were unsuccessful, and communication eventually stopped. I ultimately had to cancel my credit card to prevent further charges. This experience required formal disputes with my card issuer and complaints to consumer protection agencies. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company document all payment authorizations in writing and closely monitor their statements.

The whole situation is disturbing. The woman said she has over 20 Chihuahuas puppies & pit-bull puppies. She's not exactly sure what they are. They're in the back of this filthy overcrowded yard on the side of the building and all you can hear is dogs barking, and crying. They're hot, exhausted, and one looked very small, very sick, and might even have mange. They are so incredibly neglected and mistreated. There wasn't even anyone outside watching them. They are stuck out in the heat to bake in the sun while the humans hang out inside. I will NEVER support a store or owner who would do this to animals for greed. Foul foul behavior. You should be ashamed of yourself.

After paying Kelly an almost $4500 for 4.5 rooms of staging, we received the cheapest furniture we…read morecould have received for a high end home with a certain style that she wasn't able to match. The home is a 1941 historical renovation with a very distinct mid century style that matches the entire neighborhood and time era of the home. Kelly used a mix of all different styles and hodgepodged the home together. During the initial consultation, it was made very clear to her that mid century modern was the look of the home and the furniture that was to be expected to be delivered and set up. During the consultation Kelly seemed very receptive to exactly what was being told to her, and stated that's what would be used in the home. At any time during the consultation Kelly could've told me that she was going to use a mix of whatever she had left in her warehouse... As that is exactly what she did. Kelly's contract states that no one is to be in the home during staging, and so we were not able to see the furnishings she was installing, or I would've stopped it before it was done. At best, the furniture she used is quality you would find at Big Lots, Walmart, and target. The items used were what you would expect a 19 or 20 year-old to buy for their first apartment, not an almost $1M home. Comparing what she brought to Target may be a stretch on quality. Several of the items are already falling apart or barely being held together within 48 hours of her staging. When Kelly was asked to replace several of the items, she told us she doesn't have inventory. Not sure how this is our problem, since the reason we were told we had to pay 100% of the cost on the front end was so that she could purchase new items. Instead of trying to work with us on correcting the problem, she argued everything that was brought up and told us that we needed to trust her design with the mix of modern farmhouse, mid century, contemporary, etc because it reaches a broader audience. This home is not a "broader audience "home... It is a very specific styling in a very specific style neighborhood. Which again, she seemed to be on board with at the initial consultation. The spaces are small because of the age of the home, Kelly was told exactly how certain rooms needed to be staged and where furniture needed to be placed based on the limited amount of space. Kelly did not follow what she said she would, and when she was confronted about it continue to argue about why her way was better. The sofa she furnished is wobbly and sways back and forth if barely bumped on toothpick legs. I asked her to please replace the couch and got told that no one is supposed to sit on it anyway, so she doesn't understand why it's an issue. It's an issue because we can't control who may or may not sit on the couch during showings, and if an elderly person sits on it and falls, we have a problem. All we got from Kelly continuously was that she was right, we were wrong, and we needed to trust her opinions. I am very disappointed as there's nothing we can do about the situation now, and we are stuck with the cheap furniture and low budget look that she gave us. Based on our initial consultation and how receptive Kelly was to my ideas and design, I had referred her to other clients. Unfortunately, I've had to call those clients back and tell them not to go with her services. Pretty bummed about this whole experience, but lesson learned. We will no longer work with Saavy home staging on any future projects.
