The owner's (Grace) work is very articulate. I have used her for several different pieces and types of jewelry

My wife needed her wedding ring resized. The owner, Grace, of Prime Jewelers in Plano was awesome. She recommended a plan to adjust the ring at a reasonable price. Then had the work done in just a few hours. We were very satisfied with her work and the promptness of service. Will definitely be back! read more

Frankly, I cannot fully attest to the service of the owner. However I can say when I went in for a ring repair, the owner did not speak nor acknowledge me the entire time. I started walking around and looking at different pieces hoping to get a hello, or I will be with you shortly but nothing. I overall felt very unwelcome in the shop. Maybe she is only pleasant to her more established personnel, but this was not my experience. After sitting for a while I just got up and left. read more

I was given a bid of $700 in Rockwall, to re-tip & replace a diamond chip (which I had) in my gold nugget wedding ring. I was going to pawn the ring, & apply the payout to a new ring. WhenI went to the pawnshop, I was referred to Grace at Prime Jewelers, to fix it & was given a bid of under $300! Grace gave me an option of rather than re-tipping the diamond chips, that she "set" them into the ring! I had never heard of this option, so i decided to go ahead, after all she gas been a jeweler for 20 years, & at the same location for 18. Below is what I received: I couldn't be happier! I recommend Grace Ozaeta at Prime Jeweler of Plano, without any hesitation! read more

Prime Jeweler - My wedding ring - Jewelry Near Me - Plano, Texas

Just wow!!! I'm super picky about who I take my jewelry to. I've waited years. I finally had to go because some stones were lose in my wedding band. I never thought I'd find a place that did repairs while you wait!! Just like being back in NYC right in the middle of Plano!! Plus a super overdue cleaning. My band looks new again. I also left a cherished piece to have reset. I can't wait to see it on my hand again. I know it's going to be perfect. Grace spent time and gave me her expert opinions about how to set it again. She's been in the business a long time. Fair pricing and excellent customer service. If you're looking for a great jeweler --one you can absolutely trust --on every level, look no further. The drive from downtown will be worth it too. I don't care how much money you have. You can't buy service and expertise like this anymore. read more

I had gone to several jewelers in McKinney to have a stone replaced in my very old College Class ring. I purchased a Moissanite gem (Silicon Carbide, man made, but the only stone close to a diamond, and better in color) from the web to replace it. My old diamond had a flaw and finally broke. It had chipped because of the flaw in it when I got it. The first 3 jewelers I tried either didn't want to do it, (saying it was too hard to do), or they wanted $$$ to do the job. After checking on YELP, I found Prime Jewelry! Grace, the jeweler, was MORE than fair on the price and did a job far superior to what I would have imagined! Not only that, she told me I could pick it up tomorrow! I was blown away! Just as other YELP users had told, She did the job for 1/3 of the price of the others, and had it done the next day! I will take ALL my business to Prime Jewelry from now on! This isn't a sales pitch, it's a fact! I got great service from this place! read more

After my dad's wife passed away, he wanted pendants made for their great nieces using stones from her wedding and cocktail rings. Grace did a great job communicating with us about the designs and throughout the process. The pendants are absolutely beautiful! Grace did an amazing job ensuring the sentimental value of the stones are carried on. read more

Had a couple rings melted down and recast into a new engagement ring. Grace knocked it out of the park by adding a couple of garnets on the side which is the bride's favorite stone other than the diamond. This isn't some ring that was altered she custom made this for me! Her prices are fair and the workmanship is top-notch! I'll also send a photo of her business card along with this message. read more

Grace is an amazing jeweler and person. She is so great at what she does. I have always had great service from her when I need her to fix a piece of jewelry for our pawn store. :). read more

Grace had beautifully recreated my 30 yr old diamond ring. The ring had to be rebuilt because I had it sized by another jeweler, who never mentioned that it would put stress on the invisible setting causing the diamonds to fall out. She does excellent work and I will highly recommend Prime Jewelers. read more

I met Grace several years back and had her repair a ring and I have used her only for all my repair or custom work. she is very thoughtful keeping your vision in the design but also will make a recommendation that might be the best route since this is not something I have done daily. I know she stands behind her work and priced fairly. I highly recommend giving her a chance and support our small businesses again!! read more

Grace does amazing quality work and is the most knowledgeable jeweler I've met. I am a diamond buyer/broker who helps people design the highest quality jewelry, but I'm not a jeweler, so I require the best to make sure my own clients are thrilled with their purchases. Prime Jeweler is the only jeweler I'll use from now on. Prices are fair, the owner has decades of experience, the work is more often than not completed the same day, and is always done beyond my expectations. I've had stones set at other places before and gotten rings back with prongs that weren't well rounded or with rhodium plating that didn't fully cover all areas, etc. You can't take the chance of a prong catching on clothing and losing a valuable diamond or other stone. I trust Grace's work completely. It's always top notch. I can't recommend this place highly enough. read more

Grace does great work at affordable prices. I've used her to fix broken necklaces, rings and a bracelet. She's also done resizing for me.

I have used this jeweler for several different things over the past few years and they a great to work with. They are always very kind, not pushy and do great designs every time I have used them. My wife and I both are very happy with them. I highly recommend you try them out Their prices are better than most but the service and end result is always great!!! read more

Grace does wonderful work at a good price. I went in with a Pandora charm that I needed to find a way to put on my chain link charm bracelet without looking weird. She fixed it right up so it looks terrific. She also soldered my individual charms to the charm bracelet so that I no longer have to worry about any of them falling off. And though that was all that I had asked her to do she took them all off and fixed the haphazard way I had put them on the bracelet over the years and reattached them before she soldered them so that they were all hanging evenly and uniformly and it just looks so much better than when I gave it to her. I will certainly be back here again. Sorry for the run-on sentence ;). read more
