Viktor showed up on the early side of the 3-5pm window and shot me a call and text when he was about 20 minutes away. He is super friendly and knowledgeable, as soon as he saw it was KitchenAid he said he was 90% sure it was a common issue but not serious one that he sees often in KA units and sure enough it was! He gave me some great tips on how to maintain the dishwasher as well and also suggested a couple of dishwashers to consider in the future. He then took a look at our fridge and gave me a couple of pointers on maintaining it, but also shared because it's a built-in replacing it will be $10-$15 for a new unit and suggested a couple of refurbish services they can do for much less but also said it's not needed yet.
