He did his best and found a small leak around the service valve, he continued on in the attic and we decided that if there was a major leak, it was in the walls and that was a major job and I would have to think about what we wanted to do. He charged the system and fixed some minor wiring (puppy damage) and left. I liked how he was honest, gave me options and allowed me to make informed decisions without pressure, a true professional. A Quality Heating and Air is a class act and Nacho is a true professional with class. I liked how he was honest and up front about the issues.

Their initial visit quickly identified that we had a valve problem in our AC unit in the house, and they scheduled a follow-up visit for less than a week later to fix it, and we finally have cool air blowing again in our house. That sounds like too simple a review, but I'd like to emphasize the service part of their business. I have sarcastically remarked elsewhere that East Bay contractors must be doing incredibly well, because they don't finish their work, return phone calls, etc. This was NOT the case here. We never had to chase anyone down. They made sure we got our unit fixed promptly, and their fee was extremely reasonable for the work. Highly recommended!

I seems that your company didn't want to do it when our maintenance guy asked or told your repair technician to. It's been over three months since your guys were here. The maintenance guy here got pretty upset when he found out that it still came on. He raised his voice telling me that it shouldn't be working. He also told me that nobody is supposed to be telling me anything. I saw the photos of it iced over. Your guy also said he thinks mice fecal matter is in it. I think it's actually cockroach feces. Thanks for not disconnecting it for him if this is actually what happened. I still want copies of the photos by the way. Telling me that you can't or won't help me because I'm not paying you or it's not my account is just wrong, and makes you complacent. You seem to be helping them make us suffer in the heat. One time my furnace igniter broke and my furnace was making this weird clicking sound on the coldest day of the year. I called Sean and he promptly told me he would send an associate out the following day. Once on-site, they got the issue solved and replaced the igniter. I cannot thank Sean and associates enough for the dedication they have with HVAC systems! I HIGHLY recommend Sean to friend, family, and most of all fellow Yelpers!
