He was the only company that provided same day service and a reasonable fee. An error occurred during the removal process. He acknowledged the mistake and paid in full for repairs. To his credit, he came back to our home and returned the extra $ in full.

I had Vinnie come out to see if he could finish the hookup of the lines and test the system. He came out and evaluated the system and said he thought he would have to lengthen the lines and that he could do the job and charged me $975.00. Vinnie said he would be back tomorrow to do the hookup and test the system. NEXT DAY; Vinnie and Wade showed up to do the job. Vinnie indicated that he didn't have to extend the lines after all but I did not receive any deduct for that labor. Wade did the final hookup. The second season one of the lines developed a slow leak at the connection point on the outside unit. I had to pay another company to repair that leak. 3rd. season I noticed oil was leaking on the inside at the connection point where Fairfield HVAC made up the connection. Again I had to hire another company to make the repair. I called Vinnie and told him of the leaks and what I thought of his work and he asked me if I wanted him to come and take a look. I told him sure if he was going to warranty that, I continued to tell him I thought he done low quality work and I couldn't believe I now had 2 leaks that I've had to deal with because of shoddy workmanship and that I would post this on Yelp. He accused me of busting his balls and didn't want anything more to do with me. I said I would leave a review on Yelp and he said go ahead and do so...

I contacted Oasis and Kolby and Mark came out. Kolby quickly assessed the situation and determined it had a leak somewhere within the unit as it had 0% refrigerant. We discussed some alternatives about either putting a 'bandaid' on the unit or a full replacement. I chose to replace the unit as it was at the end of its life cycle. Kolby discussed a GE heat pump in which I elected to go with. The crew showed up on the scheduled time and began the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. The install went as planned and was finished within one day. I was next contacted by for my pre inspection prior to finalizing the city permit. The inspection was done by a third party and it passed without issues. The great thing about Oasis is that it's local and not a giant HVAC chain. This allows for more time and better customer service. I would recommend Oasis to anyone needed HVAC service or replacement. Kolby was very knowledgeable about various HVAC systems and was easy to communicate with, which was refreshing. Best, Ty Monica

I had the opportunity to use them for some issues at my home. Before I called Brisk, I had called another local company and had the worst possible experience a consumer can have. Lesson learned. BS diagnostics, poor service, and simply tried to rip off a consumer. Tech recommendations were a full system replacement with not clear explanation of why it needed to be replaced. I sent an inquiry to Brisk and shortly received a reply. Appointment booked. Had the pleasure of meeting Kyle who owns the company. Expressed my concerns and issues. Kyle listened and addressed all of them. Did the diagnostics and explained what was going on and what needed to be corrected. He explained what he was doing and what the numbers meant on his gauges. I could not have asked for a better experience with Kyle and his company. Kyle's knowledge in his field is top notch. The world needs more people like him! In the end, Kyle replaced a part.
