The second time was terrible. $200 for 20 minutes of incomplete work and a trashed garden. He lied about the price for work, discussed in weeks prior in person and by text. On the day he showed up, he said he would not do it without more money. This was to remove an existing pile of dead branches. I said don't cut the roses, and they were ruined. He actually ripped out a small rose bush and hid it in the trash. Grass cutting and branches left everywhere, debris blown not raked up. There are now sharp stems from weeds on every lawn, some 5" tall. Dangerous to step on. Photos don't lie. We now have days of work to clean up the disaster left behind. Don't hire Manuel, the first and second visits were clearly a bait and switch.

i grade his work at a C at most…read more lets start with the good. his communication was great. texted and messaged on a timely manner. very good there. on the appointment time, he was on time. perfect there. the work on the other hand was not all there. he did not seem to care about the details of my request. in the request i mentioned i needed root pulls but also a clean up of all the debris and bugs and spider webs. when he arrived he said he didnt know about the items other than root pulling. now its in the request and i cant change that so its stated there for all to see. i did ask if it was ok since i have other people who would be able to do this job. he said he would do it. so he started. when he was done there was a ton of debris and even cobb webs as i stated needed cleaning up. he did reluctantly do the webs but the debris was still there. at this point he said it would take him all day to clean it. i did not know what else to say? btw he declared he was completed, quicker than i can make my scrabbled eggs. he spent less than 15minutes to do a C grade job (im really giving him curved grade. either way i paid him $100 for a 15 min job. i think the other people who can make that sort of pay are doctors, lawyers, and this guy. i had to do more work on it myself to complete what i paid him to do. i honestly would not recommend him. i included what it looks like and what he left uncleaned. mind you, its a very very small area. it didnt take me all day to complete it myself.
