With the delays of the city over the past year, the city would not accept the "aged" report and asked for a new one. When we called James and asked him to revisit the site and update the report, he claimed that it would cost about the same as the original report. Alt nothing has changed at the property, while waiting for permits from the city, James said it would take even longer to issue a report as he would have to explain any changes from the first report (although the city refused the original report and NOTHING HAS CHANGED ON THE PROPERTY) We decided to reach out to other companies for a competitive price and obtained a price for a totally new report nearly 65% of-this company's price. Now remember, there is no issue of quality of the report as both companies just issue a report on the trees on s and there is no "good" or "bad" repor and hardly any justification for the inflated price and same price for updating the report. Anyway, the conversation with James was far from "giving a dam" about a customer; we paid him over $3k for the report and will now have to pay a little over $2k for a brand new one. Either way, I would never use their services again and suggest that you do the same.

These folks care about my trees and shrubs as much as I do. I've had them out 2 years in a row now and both crews were polite, professional, and thorough. They actually prune the tress and shrubs as discussed ... it's extremely helpful to NOT have to keep checking to see if what was agreed to is actually what's being done! It's also nice to be able to discuss future planning with knowledgeable folks so I can keep all my yard denizens as healthy and happy as possible.
