The photo was obvious! No need for someone to come and give an estimate. The price was so good we gave them extra because when was the last time you felt like you were getting a bargain? Ralph and two helpers came and very quickly got to work, cut down the fan palm which was touching our house and next to a fence. Not the easiest job. I would give NO STARS. Unbelievably bad job! They postponed coming for 1 month. I thought I would be a nice guy and give Ralph the benfit of the doubt. I guess it's true that "NO GOOD DEED GOES UNPUNISHED!" Twice while they were here, basically destroying my pampas grass, two workers walked off the job. I was left with messes of pampas grass cuttings all over my yard and driveway. I'm 70 and HAD to go down and clean up the mess they left.
