One of the worst Medical industry experiences I've ever had. I can't even call it healthcare industry because this business does not care. First, be aware that, if you call them, you will have to wait a long time, that's if you ever get an answer. After a while, they forward you to their voicemail. I finally got through to them and they scheduled me to go to the Benbrook location. I got there and waited a long time. Then they put me in the MRI machine and the machine wouldn't work. They implied it was because I was too fat even though I weigh 300 lb and the machine is supposed to work for patients up to 350 lb. In fact, they had asked me for my weight when I made the appointment and I told them my weigh is 300 lb, so they scheduled me for that location knowing my weight. The tech, Ben, was super nice and accommodating, but he couldn't get the machine to work after I had been there for almost 2 hours. Since their machine didn't work, they scheduled me for a week later in the Duncanville location because they have a bigger machine there. That one is almost an hour drive from my home and I had to pay tolls to get there. When I got there, they told me the machine did not start that morning and that they were trying to reach me to let me know, but that was a lie because I had no missed calls or texts. I asked them if they could schedule me somewhere else that day because it was still the morning and they said no because they could only scheduled me for an earlier appointment in the morning for my four MRIs even though the four MRIs only take 2 to 3 hours total and they are open until 8:30 p.m. That excuse is so bogus! So they scheduled me for more than a week later in the same location. On my way there, I called them to make sure the machine was working, but I never got an answer. Instead they put me through the voicemail and I left my number, but no one ever called me back. All told it took several weeks, three long trips, many hours taken off work , and lots of money spent on gas and tolls to get my MRIs done. On my initial call to make my appointment, I asked them if they could send me to a place with a newer machine, but they told me all their locations had their machines upgraded a couple years ago. Really? The MRI machines in Benbrook and Duncanville are raggedy. The Benbrook one didn't work at all. The Duncanville one didn't start that morning. I asked someone there if this happened often and the answer was occasionally. This company charges the insurance company a lot of money to do MRIs. Do they really care about their patients or only the money they can get out of the insurance companies? To be clear, I am not a habitual complainer. In fact, before writing this, I answered surveys from Southwest Airlines and Baylor Family Practice at 900 Magnolia Street in Fort Worth, and gave them both glowing reviews with lots of praises for their staff. I would rather write nice reviews but, in this case, all I can say is that Ben is a great employee and he should get a raise. read more

Check your bill...overcharged. they will steal your money. Go elsewhere! Make sure you check your bill again your insurance claim summary. I had to pay 143.88 prior to having the imaging completed on 6/18. On 7/16 I checked my insurance claim. Insurance stated I may owe 107.73. I called and yes they did overcharged me. They owe me 36.15. They said they will issue a check in 30-45 days as they only mail...yes..mail checks once a month. I asked if I had not called would I have been refunded the money. They stated NO...No I would not since the account was closed when I paid on 6/18. Basically it appear these folks will steal your money, can't refund anything electronically, and a month is up 45 days. read more

I'm hoping whoever is reading this from Prime Imaging really cares and will do something about this. I have always had good service at the Benbrook office. Today was different. Today I had two MRIs of my right arm and elbow. Although long, the first MRI was easy laying flat on my back. The second one, however, was awkward, uncomfortable, and painful because they had me lay on my stomach with my right elbow in a device that was "higher" than the bed I was laying in with NO pillow support of my head and neck, causing major pain in my neck and shoulder, and my right arm went completely numb for a very long period of time and very uncomfortable. When I voiced my concern with the awkward position and feeling, all they could say was we don't have any choice and we hurried as fast as possible. It's UNSAT that with today's technology and equipment that you can't make a patient comfortable for this long, awkward test. It's pretty sad when I go in for an MRI "NOT IN PAIN" and come out with lots of pain. My back, shoulder, right elbow, and neck all hurt tonight after this test all because of the lack of care and taking the time to ensure proper positioning and comfort. It makes no sense to me. I hope you care about your clients and I hope you never put another customer throw what you put me through ever again. I challenge you - go take the MRI on your right elbow like I did and see what you think. I'd be happy to come in and set you up like I was to see what you think. read more

Dr. Chapman's nurse practitioner is the most professional lady and was able to get me back for trigger point shots with the amazing Dr. Chapman. It went very smooth. This office truely cares about their patients and that means a lot to me. Made me feel I was cared for and helped Me get comfortable on the table it took a long time to get the pictures they needed -and the lady kept asking me if I was OK - and letting me know how much longer it would take - When it was over - She helped me up and made sure i was ok . they all were very nice. read more

Horrible service. I had an MRI on August 20th and called several times to send report to my doctor who ordered it and it was one excuse after another, it take 3-5 business day blah blah blah. Well it's 9/9/2021 and my doctor still does not have my results. It's a good thing it wasn't a brain aneurysm or something else in my brain I could drop dead from. I paid my balance at the time of service and still got bad service. I had another diagnostic test at another place after this one and they sent the results right away. I will not ever go to Prime Diagnostics again nor recommend it to anyone. I hate even had to give it a star at all!!! read more

First off. Let me mention to all the people complaining about wait time. This place is ALWAYS popping lol they do a good job, so expect it to be busy. I work in diagnostic imaging and I am always very impressed with the care given and i trust the radiologists there with my life. Dr.Iwasco has a great eye and I wouldn't trust anyone other than him reading my images. Very satisfied and minus a gallbladder now lol read more

i went for two different tests a week apart they charged me their estimated cost. when i received my explanation of benefits i called because i was over charged. they stated that they had too many patients to automatically issue refund checks without a request. 3 requests later and still no refund was notified this morning could be another week or 2. this is a crime to keep what does not belong to you read more

Had to have a simple chest x-ray but they acted like I was the only person that mattered. I would have thought I'd get better service seeking an MRI or CT-scan, but not so here. There was very little wait time. The front receptionist was very friendly and seemed to enjoy her job. Tee x-ray tech explained the procedure well. The receptionist gathered all my information and got me back to the x-ray. They gave me a CD to take to my doctor. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Hope I don't need another procedure, but, if I do, I will return here. read more

I was scheduled for an MRI and a pain consultation today at the Benbrook office. Before I went, I voiced my concerns to several people at the office regarding my claustrophobia, but nothing was done about it. I went in and had a full blown panic attack. The tech offered someone to be in the room with me or someone to hold my hand, but I couldn't handle that. When I went in for my consultation with Doctor Brock, he was very condescending and completely insensitive to my phobia. He actually said to me that it's not like you're in a cave, it's not that bad. They had to reschedule me for the open MRI at a different location, to which Doctor Brock told me that if I "cant handle that one with the Xanax he'll prescribe for it, then I need to seek psychiatric help". I have NEVER had a doctor with that level of bedside manner in my entire life. If you have a choice I do not recommend you come to this location. Everyone else was very kind and as accommodating as possible, but this one doctor ruins your whole experience. read more

My wife had a back MRI here. Appointment was on a Friday evening. We had about a 15 minute wait and she was out after about 40 minutes. The staff was friendly. And the cost? Less than 1/4th what we would have paid at the doctor-referred imaging center in hospital district. Thanks to CIGNA Informed Choice, we were given a reasonable alternative, saved a bunch and had a positive experience. I highly recommend Prime Diagnostics. read more

I had an appointment for 12:45 and I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I waited 1hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time a was never call. This is the second time I have been at this location and worst wait time ever. I'm always early and still have to wait almost two hours to be seen even when I'm scheduled for an appointment time. The receptionist at the front desk with glasses is extremely unfriendly and didn't offer any type of apology after being at the clinic for over three hours when the actually MRI itself only takes less than 20 min. read more

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The office staff is rude. The techs are good. If you need to have multiple visits for this group of doctors, that use this same office staff. After your First visit they will call you to reschedule, hopefully before you waste your time and gas like we did. Then they called us again to reschedule that already Rescheduled Appointment !!! Their office staff is rude. Supposedly they were calling the "secondary" number given, instead of the primary, REALLY ??? No Calls/Messages were left to reschedule on that number. If i could give negative stars, I would. I Would Not recommend anyone to go here. Hopefully, one of the Doctors/Owners will see this so that they can have the office staff Trained with Customer Service Skills. read more
